Trimming up Bushes/ Tree branches upto 5 mtr all around security light poles & LT line, removing cut branches/ leaves from site complete all as specified and directed, Note :- (i) The overhead lines will be kept clear from all trees by trimming of tree branches with 5 mtr all around the line. (ii) Necessary permission shall be obtained by contractor from department one day prior to trimming and shut down in particular area will be arranged by department. (iii) Only effected Span where tree branches are touching nearly LT lines shall be measured.

M&L for detection of any type of fault in LT underground cable, laid in soil at plane area or forest area, with the help of Cable fault locator machine. Cable fault locator with carriyng vehicle and cable fault detection technician shall be provided by the contractor. Span of faulty cable shall be traced out by the technician by meggering LT cable. Note : (i) Detection of fault in one span of length will be measured as Each Job. (ii) Technicians will be employed by the working agencies. (iii) Excavation & Earth work shaill be measured and paid seperately. (iv) Replacement of cable & joints shall be measured and paid saperately. (v) Measurement & Payment shall be made only if the fault has been located & rectified.

M&L in repairs for mild steel cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat & two coats of aluminium paint including dismantling from pole complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs industrial switchgear busbar chambers of 200 A, of size 600x600x150mm, 6 way for LT cable any size including Indicator for three phase, necessary PCC/Wall mounted work, cable gland, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and erecting in repairs broken pole and disposed from site and fixing of new prestressed concrete pole, 9 m long, 102 mm x172 mm at top and 102 mm x 279 mm at bottom, class 10 including Zebra painting to PCC poles up to 1.5 m height from base of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paint Ist quality black & yellow colour alternate strip 30 cm wide. Note:- Excavation and earth work and concrete in foundation and pedestal shall be measured and paid for separately.

Excavation in Road/ floor cutting of width 20 cm and depth 30 cm for inserting of GI pipe for protection of cable including making good the disturbed surface as per existing specifications complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing /cleaning of solar water heater, complete i.e. Hot water Tank, Evacuated Tubes, Flat Plate tubes, SDR, UPVC Pipes, checking all working parts and removing of unservicable parts and installation new spares as required on site, comlpete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Parts replaced shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only aganist the appropriate item.

Note:- (i) If contractor fail to attend complaint and resolve on same day an amount of Rs 1000.00 per day shall be recovered as penalty by department.
