Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 Mix (one part cement, Four part sand and Eight part of aggrigate) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification

Supplying and Fixing Solid PVC Door Shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. Painting Wall with Exterior Emulsion paint Two coats with good quality of approved Emulsion paint including cost of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing applying and proper curring etc., Complete as per Standard Specifications

Weathering course with brick jelly lime concrete 80 MM thick using 20 MM size brick jelly in pure slacked lime over the RCC roof slab in the proporation of 32:12.5 with one course of proposed tiles of size 23 CM X 20 MM using cement morter (1:3) mixed with Crude oil 10% by weight of cement and pointed with the some oiled morter including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all laboure charges etc.complete.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 20 x 20 x 2 cm laid in cement mortar ( One of cement and three of sand ) mixing with water proofing compound conferment ISS at 2% weight of cement used and pointed with same waterproofing compound mixed with red oxide etc., complete with standard specification

Paving the Floor with scratch proof ceromic tiles of size 305x305x6mm finished thickness with c.m 1:3-20mm Tk and pointed with same color cement including all cost and conveyance of all materials etc.,complete

Dadooing Wall glazed Tiles of 20cmx20cmx6cm of approved make and quality and colour set in cement mortar 1:2 mix and pointing with white cement heatly as dieced including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges. etc. complete.

Painting two coats with approved quality of enamal paint over the Iron Work / M S Grills including, cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all other labour charges. etc. complete as per standard specification

Supplying and fixing RCC Pre cast slab 50mm thick in RCC 1:1½:3 mix including cost of reinforcement grill and including mouldng, finishing watering curing and fixing in position etc., Complete as per std., Specifications.,

Supply and fixing of single box type 4'-40W flourescent tube fitting with copper choke and condenser with TW round block on wall or ceiling with flourescent tube with PVC unsheathed copper leads from terminals to the fitting of Tube Light [SD 89 ]
