COMPREHENSIVE PREVENTIVE AND PERIODICAL MAINTENANCE OF AC PLANT AND CONNECTED WORKS WITH MISC ITEMS UNDER GE(A) SURATGARH AT SURATGARH MIL STN

Comprehensive preventive & periodical maintenance of Central Air Conditioning Plant including its associated equipments comprising of chiller unit, condenser unit, AHU, humidifiers, hot water generator, cooling tower, etc of capacity 01 x 270 TR of make - Carrier & Model - 19XR 2222267 JEH 52 installed at 184 Military Hospital including servicing of AC Plant by authorized company representative (Carrier Company Ltd) to check and inspect all air release valves, Gas pipe line, cleaning and setting of sensors, checking of control panels, checking of cooling and heating system, inspection of all type of filters for smooth & trouble free functioning of AC Plant complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Servicing & maintenance of AC plant shall be carried out through authorized service agency of manufacturer (i.e Carrier Company representative).

Note :- Servicing & maintenance of AC plant shall be carried out through authorized service agency of manufacturer (i.e Blue Star Company representative).

Note :- Servicing & maintenance of AC plant shall be carried out through authorized service agency of manufacturer (i.e Blue Star Company representative). The contractor shall submit documentary proof/evidence in this regard before taking plants under servicing etc.

Comprehensive preventive & periodical maintenance of Central Air Conditioning Plant including its associated equipments comprising of chiller unit, condenser unit, AHU, humidifiers, hot water generator, cooling tower, etc of capacity 01 x 39 TR of make - Blue Star & Model - XWCS-3039 AR2 installed at EME Wksp including servicing of AC Plant by authorized company representative (Blue Star) to check and inspect all air release valves, Gas pipe line, cleaning and setting of sensors, checking of control panels, checking of cooling and heating system, inspection of all type of filters for smooth & trouble free functioning of AC Plant complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Servicing & maintenance of AC plant shall be carried out through authorized service agency of manufacturer (i.e Blue Star Company representative).

Comprehensive preventive & periodical maintenance of Central Air Conditioning Plant including its associated equipments comprising of chiller unit, condenser unit, AHU, humidifiers, hot water generator, cooling tower, etc of capacity 01 x 22 TR of make - Voltas & Model - WCD-S025DPMN-2X1 installed at Zonal Wksp including servicing of AC Plant by authorized company representative (Voltas) to check and inspect all air release valves, Gas pipe line, cleaning and setting of sensors, checking of control panels, checking of cooling and heating system, inspection of all type of filters for smooth & trouble free functioning of AC Plant complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Servicing & maintenance of AC plant shall be carried out through authorized service agency of manufacturer (i.e Voltas Company representative).

(iv) Contractor shall maintain temperature of AC Plant at 20±5 degree Celsius and RH 50 ± 5%. (v) During entire contract period any defective components or any other material which is not specified in Sch 'A' but required for repair/replacement to make plant/machinery fully functional, the cost of same shall be deemed included in quoted rates and nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor on this account. The transportation and other necessary equipments shall be arranged/brought by the contractor. Hence the bidder is advised to visit the site and assess the quantum of the work to be carried out in the contract and quote their rate accordingly. (vi) Make and model of part to be replaced shall be same as existing at site or as per OEM recommendation. (vii) Comprehensive /Periodic maintenance means ensuring optimal functioning of AC plant by synchronising all levels at no extra cost. (viii) All above points mentioned in notes for the period of three months shall be considered as one Job. (ix) Periodic maintenance shall take place at every three month or as directed by GE. (x) Each Job shall be measured and paid in three calendar months. (xi) All installations & surrounding area shall be kept neat and clean all the time by the contractor’s workmen and quoted rate shall deemed to include this provision.
