Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50mtrs lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Grading roof for water proofing treatment with : Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Supplying and applyng bituminous solution primer on roof and / or wall surface at 0.24 litre per sqm.

Providing and laying six courses water proofing treatment with bitumen felt over roofs consisting of first, third and fifth courses of blown or / and residual bitumen applied hot at 1.45, 1.20 and 1.70 kg per square metre of area respectively, second and fourth courses of roofing felt type 2 grade II and sixth and final course of stone grit 6mm and down size or pea sized gravel spread at 6 cubic decimeter per sqm including preparation of surface but excluding gading, complete.

Chipping of unsound / weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual chisel and /or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 75mm average thickness

Providing mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete in all respect. Epoxy bonding adhesive having coverage 2.20sqm/kg of approved make.

Shotcerting RCC columns in layers with approved design mix having the specified minimum compressive strength ( with ordinary portland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 10mm maximum size in propertion design criteria) including the cost of centering and shuttering at edges and corners etc. as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.50mm thick in Grade M25 with cement content not less than 330kg per cum.

Dismantling tile work in floors laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50mtrs lead. For thickness of tiles 10mm to 25mm

Chequered precast cement concrete tiles 22mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. Complete on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4coarse sand) Light shade pigment using white cement.

Disconnecting damaged overhead/terrace PVC water storage tank of any size from water supply line and removing from the terrace including shifting at ground level as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and placing on terrace(at all floor levels) polythelene water storage tank with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet and outlet and overflow pipes.

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys etc and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of : G.S. Sheet

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers including necessary fittings complete. 1.00mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/sqm

Providing ridges or hips of width 60cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete. 0.80mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/sqm

Brick work with common burnt clay machine moulded FPS bricks of class designation 12.5 in exposed brick work including making horizontal and vertical grooves 10mm wide 12mm deep complete in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement : 6coarse sand). Above plinth level upto floor V level.

12mm Cement Plaster of mix 1:4 ( 1 Cement : 4 Fine Sand)
