Surface dressing not exceeding 15cm deep in soft/ loose soil including cutting of grass, roots, bushes if any and filling of lower portion with soil obtained from cutting and excavation after sepration of grass, roots, bushes etc and dressing and removing from site all grass, roots and extra soil if any complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in post holes in soft/loose soil n. exc 0.50 cum each, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc 25 cm including removing of surplus spoil to a distance n exc 50 mtr and making good the disturbed surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundations, shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, for taking out old pipe and laying new pipe line, for laying cable etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning and filling including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material (surplus soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for hard core of broken bricks of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete, bed block, for embedded fencing posts & similar work etc including form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 100mm thick cement concrete ( 1:4:8), type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for PCC ( 1:4:8), type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4), type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping on brick wall & similar work etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for plastering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on any face of Brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering/plastering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of Brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 80 mm thick (M40 grade) precast interlocking tile/paving block factory casted (made by using PVC paver mould / Rubber paver moulds on Vibrating Table Machine) using grey cement and no pigment, shape haxagon / trigular / zigzag / I-shaped etc, as directed, prepolished & preglazed, specification as per relevant IS, having compressive strength not less than 400 Kg/ Sqcm, laid over sand upto required thick layer and filling the interstices etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : - (i) Sand for filling shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only but labour for spreding leveling shall be included in the unit rate of this item)

Supply only fine sand without silt (Fazilka/Zera or any other approved sources) for filling under interlocking tiles and the interstices etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4), type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping/packing around chequered tiles/interlocking tiles & similar work etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in factory made kerb stone, quoin blocks, apex stones, boundary pillars, bonders ( for stone walling), etc of size as directed with plain fair faces, chamfers, weatherings, slightly rounded or chamfered angles etc laying and setting in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick, any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge (including cutting and bent to shape), roof covering, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for mild steel framed work, framed/truss work made by using hollow square/rectangular/round pipe (ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to latest relevant IS), or other section like angle, tee, plate, distance pieces, cleats etc. and cut to shape, drilled and counter sunk for screw, as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates, gusset plates, brackets, bending and welding, riveting etc, conforming to Gde Fe-410-W (Gde E-250 quality A) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note ;- Sketch of new truss design and steel section to be used shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge in writing before execution)

Material and labour for mild steel work tubular poles/post including special shaped washers etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to latest relevant IS grade St-240 complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and fixing mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling for bolting or rivetting and welding etc. and similar works conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Flat iron for securing wire mesh is to be measured in this item.

Supply only galvanised mild steel chain link fencing, 4mm dia galvanised mild steel wire and mesh size 100mm x 100mm (spacing), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The weight of chain link fencing shall be measured as per findings of BOO to be ordered and concured by Accepting Officer.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires/bars, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Supply only chain link fencing and line wire/round bars shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this schedule (ii) Labour for cut to length, bent to shape as required including bending, cranking etc of round bars shall be included in the unit rate of this item. (iii) Machine made screw nut bolt shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate item of this Schedule as supply only but labour for fixing shall be included in this item.

Supply only 10mm dia round bar as in line wire for fixing chain link fencing confirming to IS-410-0 or 310-0 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive or steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete including fabrication as directed, including hold fast, locking arrangement, sliding door bolt, stopper etc conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality A, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls/pillars /cornices by brooming down with using broom/sand papering or by any other mean, washing down with water and applying two coats of cement base paint as per approved tint/colour by using paint brush complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.
