Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of Hybrid FRP Catamaran Passenger Boat whose design & construction is approved by Indian register of shipping, for The Wular Lake. A dual-propulsion vessel featuring Primary Electric Propulsion augmented by Rooftop Solar PV, with a Secondary Petrol Failsafe system. The scope of this Job includes the following comprehensive components: 1. Hull Construction: Design and fabrication of a 10.0m x 3.9m FRP Catamaran hull with marine-grade resin, watertight bulkheads, and IRS/IACS classification compliance. 2. Primary Propulsion (Electric Drive): 02 Nos. Electric Outboard Motors (Min 20 HP each or equivalent) featuring high-torque efficiency, digital throttle integration, and zero-emission operation. 3. Secondary Propulsion (Backup): 01 No. 40 HP Four-Stroke Petrol Outboard Motor serving as a mechanical backup for range extension and emergency maneuvering. 4. Hybrid Control Interface: Integrated Hydraulic Steering System with Dual-Mode Throttle Console to seamlessly manage Electric (Primary) and Petrol (Backup) drive trains. 5. Energy Storage System: LiFePo4 Propulsion Battery Bank (High-Voltage, Marine Rated) sufficient for not less than 4 hours @ 6 knots, managed by an Advanced Battery Management System (BMS) 6. Solar PV Augmentation: Rooftop-mounted Marine Solar Array (Mono PERC, Min 350Wp modules) for efficiency, propulsion range extension & auxiliary load support. 7. Shore Charging Infrastructure: 01 No. 7.2 kW AC Fast Charging Station with IP65 weather protection and safety interlocks for rapid battery replenishment along with allied cabling. 8. Electrical & Auxiliaries: Supply and installation of marine-grade Electrical wiring, LED lighting for passenger area and wheelhouse, cabin fans, music system, and emergency mobile charging points. 9. Navigation Console: Wheelhouse navigational console equipped with GPS, Electric Horn, and Instrument Console with performance indicators. 10. Life Saving Appliances (LSA): 20 Nos. IRS approved Life Jackets, 02 Nos. Lifebuoys with throw lines, and 01 No. First Aid Kit. 11. Fire Fighting Equipment (FFE): At least 02 Nos. Portable DCP/CO2 Fire Extinguishers and integrated engine bay fire suppression for both fuel & electrical (as per standard norms). 12. Superstructure & Comfort: Ergonomic seating for 16 passengers + 2 crew, anti-skid flooring, stainless steel railings (SS316, SS304 or as recommended by OEM), and clear-view marine windshields. 13. Transportation & Logistics: Freight and insurance for overland transport via specialized low-bed trailer from the shipyard to Bandipora (193502), J&K, including all highway permits and tunnel clearances. 14. Launching & Assembly: Crane charges for launching into The Wular Lake and final on-site assembly/integration of engines and solar systems. 15. Testing & Trials: Conduct of stability tests, speed trials, and a mandatory 10-day operational trial in The Wular Lake as per DPR requirements. 14. Training & Handover: Comprehensive training of WUCMA staff and provision of all O&M manuals, drawings, and 1-Year DLP, Warranty certificates.
