Replacement , fixing and supply of rubber seal with galvanizes nuts and bolts. (J- type musical seals 44mm dia . )

Bottom flat seal 14 mm thick and 75 mm wide .

Excavation in Soil (any type) using Hydraulic Excavator CK 90 with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, including all lifts and combined lead upto 30m (katcha)

Excavation of soil using hydraulic excavator and tippers including cutting and loading in tippers and transporting to the embankment locations with all lifts and disposal/ carriage from 0 m upto 450 m leads.(katcha)

Rehandling of earthwork dully dressed with lead from 0 m upto 450 m.

Extra for laying earth/fly ash as per specifications for compaction in 20cm layers and dressing but excluding cost of rolling

Extra for watering earth/fly ash laid in 20 cm layers as per specifications for compaction

Labour for dismantling existing portion of old protection work including cutting old trangger and stacking old stones for re-use.(CSR Item No. 23.35)

Filling stones or spalls into crates and hand packing (labour rate)

Stacking Pitching stones, spalls brick bats building stone ballast, stone metal, sand bajri and shingle within 15 metres of the unloading points into stacks of specified sizes. (CSR Item No. 4.25)

filling boulder stone of size 18 kg to 40 kg (including 10% from 3.6 kg to 18 kg ) into wire crates and hand packing including supply of and carriage of boulder stone from quarry to site of work including loading & unloading of material. (CSR Item No. 23.32)

Weaving wire netting for wire crates including binding sides and partitions to make crate of 15 cm x 15 cm or 25 cm x 7.5 cm mesh (CSR Item No.23.29)

Supply of M.S. Annealed wire dia 8 SWG (4mm) confirming to specification no. IS: 280- 1978 (3rd Revision) Reaffirmed 2001. (As per csr) (CSR Item No. M-74)

Filling empty cement bags with Sand sewing and lying in position within 30 m in water including cost of E.C. bag & strings complete in all respects (CSR Item No. 23.27)

Grouting stone filling or pitching with bajri or shingle complete in all respects. (CSR Item No.23.45(a))
