ROAD-1 UMAMAR TO KUMANDHI , BLOCK MANIKA - DIST. LATEHAR LENGTH-4.50 KM SETTING OUT @ 4.50 KM
Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness. as per Technical Specification Clause 201. EARTH WORK Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m (including royality @ Rs. 24.00 per cum, watering, rolling & compaction) as per Technical Specification (SOR-3.5-(I))

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete (SDBC) with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 508 complete in all respects.

Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY LOGO Sign Board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6mm thick top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mmx5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mm x5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75mm x 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All MS will be stoe enameled on both sides. Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete (SDBC) with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 508 complete in all respects.

Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY LOGO Sign Board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6mm thick top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mmx5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mm x5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75mm x 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level.
