Taking down carefully unserviceable parts of various items of furniture listed here-in-after and supply and fixing parts made out of teak wood (first class hard wood) complete in following situation all as specified and shown on drawing including scraping out old polished surface & polishing the wooden surfaces with two coats of french polish, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Table dressing Gents Map (Drg No. FD-E6/MAP/16)

M&L for removing of old unsv broken / damage mirror of table dressing gents. S&F new mirror of 5 .5mm as per drg or as directed by Engr - In- charge.

Fixing of table dressing gents. On the walls in MAP Accns with suitable screws as directed by Engr - In- charge.

Removing of old UNSV broken / damaged openable glass shutter with hinges and magnetic catcher and stainless steel fitting for glass shutter for Trolly for TV. S&F new glass shutter 5mm openable glass shutter with steel hinges and magnetic catcher and stainless steel fittingfor glass shutter. Glass shutter to be provided in two equal shelves (double hung) openable on either side with two nos ss steel hinges in each side and one no magnetic catcher for each shutter at centre of TV trolly as per drg or as diredcted by Engr-in- charge . Removing of old unsv 18/19 mm thick particle board shutter of Bin linen multipurpose. S&F New 18/19 mm thick particle board shutter with 4 mm thick teak wood beading all round, with two nos huinges of each shutter with knobs / handle as per drg or as directed by Engr-In- charge. Removing of old unsv18/19 mm thick particle board drawers of Bin linen multipurpose. S&F New 18/19 mm thick particle board drawers with 4 mm thick teak wood beading all round, with one no knob/ handle as per drg or as directed by Engr-In- charge. (Drg No. FD-E6/MAP/09)

Sofa set 2/5 seater (Drg No. FD-281)

Removing of unsv cushions with tapestry cloth of sofa set 2/ 5 seater and supply new cushion of 40 density 100mm thick duly covered with tapestry cloth and white inner lining tapestry cloth shall not less than Rs 200/metre.

Removing of unsv tapestry cloth cover of cushion sofa set 2/5 seater and supply and fixing of new tapestry cloth cover as approved by GE cloth shall not be less than 200/metre.

Chair Dining Long Back (Drg No. FD-357)

Removing of old existing unserviceable cushion foam with tapestry cloth of seat and back of chair dining long back FD-357 . Supply & fix new cushion foam of 20 density and 50 mm thick with high quality tapestry cloth with white inner lining cloth after repair / tighting of loose parts of wooden. The rates of tapestry cloth shall not less than Rs. 200/- per metre duly stiched as shown on drg or as directed by Engr-In- charge
