Civil Part

NSOR Excavation in any type of strata including all leads and labor, tools T&P, over-head expenditure insurance, including disposal of all excavated material at appropriate place with all lead up to 3 Km and directed by engineer in charge.

NSOR: Providing & placing in position cement concrete M-10 including cost of all materials like cement, metal, sand, all labour T&P over head expenses, curing, vibration etc. complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

NSOR: Providing and fixing in position Mild steel/Tor steel reinforcement wherever required as per design/drawing details site instruction etc. i/c cutting, bending, biding and packing of reinforcement bars with 18 SWG wire complete i/c. cost of binding wire.

NSOR: Providing and placing in position RCC M-20 i/c cost of all materials like cement, sand, metal all labour, T&P, over head expenses etc. complete as per direction of engineer in charge.

NSOR: Providing foundation wall shuttering to RCC/PCC wall in situ i.e. cost of all materials, labour, all lead & lift over head expenses etc. complete as per direction of engineer in charge.

NSOR: Filling foundation and around masonry wall from material obtained from spoils banks i/c watering and ramming all labour, T&P, over head expenses etc. complete as per direction of engineer in charge.

NSOR: Dewatering by pump of suitable capacity i/c cost of fuel all labour, T&P, over head expenses making all arrangement for inlet & outlet pipes pump operation etc. complete as per direction of engineer in charge.
