Inbuilt capability of having split screens with Live & Static data displayed simultaneously . The solution should provide Special application for Disaster Management and Emergency Messages.. The Application to support "https" and "sFTP" (FTP Secure) for secure data transfer and 128 bit Encryption of Playlist . Intelligent software encryption & hardware lock to secure and restrict unauthorized access to hardware and application on site location . The System should be capable of detecting and showing on Command Centre Screen via POPUP health status of FRC cable & SMPS Voltage as well as capable of detecting the unauthorized access of the display door. Complete End to end Smart board Software Solution having the facility to generate Real Time information of Traffic Data i.e. Traffic Live Congestion, Journey Time, Traffic rerouting, Live Weather, CCTV feed as required , Social media updates , automatically using a site processor embedded system. Capability of having split screens with Live & Static data displayed simultaneously . Deployed Application at Command center should be having capability to manage ,log & monitor upto 10 screens using remotely setup Work Stations at the Local Divisions / Sub divisions to access the Content management Application . Being in Hill area the cabinet should have mean operating temperature from -20 degree to +50 degrees and should have ability to withstand cold and moist conditions. The processor should be able to showcase dynamic animations based on the weather conditions in real time for weather content slides The Solution to include unique licenses for Windows 10 Based Media players with 4-8 GB RAM and 16-64 GB Flash memory with 1.6 GHz and licensed OEM Application supporting Closed Network Deployment as well as deployment on Public Domain. Standard APIs for Dynamic Communication between the Hosted Manager Application and the Communication Clients at the Locations, and scope for customization of the Software in terms of more functionality based on the department requirement. Providing, fixing including supplying & commissioning UPS System having external sealed maintenance free batteries of reputed companies (Batteries having company warranty of minimum one year) to provide approximately 6-8 hours backup time for the required power load.
