SITC of outdoor, modular type with internally lit by white LED (approximately 1600 nos. LEDs/533 modules with 3 LED per module ) Signage board of size: 24 ft (length) x 4ft (height) X2" (depth) (Approx.) , front fascia is to be made of 3 mm thick Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP) board of approved shade and back panel, top, bottom and side openings shall be made of 18SWG GI sheets for protection of internal wirings and to prevent from entering of rain water, rates & birds etc. The letters are to be three dimensional (3 D) graphic computerized lesser cutting, male & female system raised letters of minimum 2.5 inch depth and minimum height of 30" and to be provided in Odia and BSNL logo as per the approved design and shade with required text. The inner frame structure of the signage board shall be made with MS square bar of size not less than 50mm (H)x 25 mm (W) x 2 mm (thickness). Supplying and fixing of suitable ratings and quantities SMPS type power supply units of reputed make providing DC power feeding to the LED strings of whole signage board from a 230 volts 50 HZ AC input supply source including transportation of all materials to site, shifting to roof top and arranging scaffoldings if required etc. complete as required. (The LED signage boards should be modular in constructions and is to be fixed on existing Angle iron supporting structure i/c internal wiring with suitable size PVC insulated FRLS copper conductor cable etc. complete as required. (Drawings & materials are to be got approved from the Engineer in charge before commencement of work). (Make: LED Modules- Samsung (Korea), 12V DC 1.5W or equivalent of GE/L&T/OSRAM. ACP: Aludecor/Alstrong/Timex/Alubond, SMPS: Samsung/GE/Crompton/SS).

Supplying/Fixing of the following sizes MS Angle iron for construction of for supporting structure of signage board i/c transportation to site, cutting, welding, fabricating etc complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.
