Returning and filling of trenches in two parts (i) using riddled soil obtained from excavated soil upto depth of 30 cm (8 cm below cable and remaining above cable) for cushioning of cable and (ii) refilling the trench of remaining depth with normal excavated soil all as specified and directed. The engine shall be capable of delivering the required output at 1500 RPM, AIr cooled, four stroke, Electric Start, two cylinders conforming to BS 5514 under NTP conditions with provision of 10 % overload capacity for one hour in every 12 hours or conforming to latest BS, ISO or IS including comprising of following :- (i) Fly wheel to suit flexible coupling and fly wheel housing. (ii) Oil bath air cleaner, air breather type. (iv) Fuel injection rotary pumps and nozzles. (v) Governor electronic type as per manufacturer's instructions/design. (vi) Oil filter with mounting arrangements. (vii) Lubricating oil pump and cooler. (viii) Self starter 12 volts. (ix) Lubricating oil cooler (x) Exhaust silencer residential type exhaust noise level complying with CPCB norms. (xi) Drip tray

(B) ALTERNATOR. The engine shall be coupled through flexible coupling to an Synchronus alternator mounted on a strong steel fabricated common base frame suitable for mounting on a permanent foundation. The alternator shall be 3 phase, 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, self excited, self regulating and Brushless type provided with suitable automatic voltage regulator and shall be confirm to BS : 2613 or BS : 5000 or conforming to latest BS, ISO or IS and generating 15 KVA output after derating with coupled to diesel engine at 0.8 power factor lag, 415 volts, 4 wire, AC supply under NTP conditions. The alternator will confirm the following feature. (i) IP 23 protection with H class insulation. (ii) Permissible overload of 10% for one hour in 12 Hour operations (iii) Automatic voltage regulator (AVR) - Fast response electronic Type. (iv) PMG fitted.

(C) AUTO MAIN FAILURE (AMF) CONTROL PANEL : Microprocessor based cubical, outdoor type made out of CRCA sheet of 2 mm thick confirming to IS 8623 totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof with front and rear opening, 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, AC 50 Hz having aluminium bus bar of capacity as required to carry current at 110% load of 15 KVA DG Set with three phase and half neutral colour coded, pre wired with aluminium cable of suitable size all as per standard practice of manufacturer specifications with the following accessories :- (i) MCCB 32 Amps, 25 KA and 4 pole power contactor 32 Amps for alternator (ii) MCCB 32 Amps, 25 KA and 4 pole power contactor 32 Amps for mains (iii) Combined digital type meter for AC Voltage/Amp/frequency(iv) Combined digital type meter for DC Voltage/Amp/frequency (v) Combined digital type meter for KW/Power Factor/KVA. (vi) Electronic KWH meter (counter display) (vii) Set of current transformers. (viii) Supply failure timer and restoration timer. (ix) 3 impulse automatic engine start/stop logic and engine fails to start lockout mains/sensor voltage and frequency sensing. (x) Automatic manual switch(xi) Hooter (xii) Earth fault relay (xiii) SMPS based battery charging unit with inbuilt auto/manual and float/boost facility.

(D) BASE FRAME: Engine and Alternator directly coupled on a common channel iron fabricated base frame with predrilled holes.

(E) FUEL TANK : Daily service fuel tank of capacity as per manufacturer recommended,fabricated from 14 SWG sheet metal and integrated in base frame of acoustic enclosure complete with drain valve, level indicator,lid with hinges including locking system,inlet and outlet connection.

(F) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE: Enclosure be designed for reducing the sound level 75-5db (Average) as per ISO 8528 part 10 as per approved CPCB norms. The accoustic enclosure must consists of following :- (i) CRCA sheet with Body 16 SWG and Roof 14 SWG thick. (ii) Base frame be fabricated of ISMC channel or in sheet metal, base frame will be prime coated and painted. (iii) Enclosure be powder coated. (iv) Insulated rock wool fire retarded/non igniting and noise reduction type, properly clamped and shall be provided on all doors, roof and sides to absorb noise. (v) Special designed stainless steel door locks and door hinges.(G) Plinth for DG set (LxBxH) 1850x1630x610 mm all as per manufacturer's recommendation or as per drawing.

NOTES : (i) The panel will be complete with internal wiring with suitable size of copper cable/ Bus bar. (ii) The panel shall be duly tested and comply with CPRI test standard. (iii) DG set shall be placed on PCC Platform of suitable size, minium one meter extended all around the DG set. Height of platform from ground level shall be minimum 400 mm and depth below GL shall be minimum 200 mm. Platform shall be provided over 100mm thick hard core. Cost of PCC platform including hard core, finishing with plaster and earth work etc shall deemed to be included in quoted rate of item. (iv) Tools shall be supplied as per manufacturer instruction and cost thereof shall be included in the cost of DG set. (v) The DG set and acoustic enclosure shall be complete one unit and it shall be installed as one complete set. (vi) Fuel tank shall be inside the canopy. (vii) Exhaust fan shall be provided of suitable capacity, as approved for proper ventilation. (viii) Exhaust pipe shall be properly insulated. (ix) Thermostat switch inside the acoustic enclosure shall be provided to shut off the DG set in case temperature increases beyond 70 Degree centigrade inside the acoustic enclosure. (x) There shall be windows in the acoustic enclosure suitable located to read the meters of various controls from outside. (xi) Necessary grouting mild steel nuts, bolts, washers etc and anti vibration pad shall be provided by the contractor.

M & L Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade FRLS with multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including PVC Conduit 20 mm dia medium grade and all accessories concealed in walls / roofs / floors / ceiling etc., including fabricated steel terminal box made out of 1.60mm thick MS sheet suitable for fixing of and including modular plate as per number of switch modules flush mounted suitable for fixing of modular switches,sockets,fan regulators etc.including modular plate cover of required size and including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated multistranded FRLS type unsheathed(Green colour),single core cable with copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for One light point controlled by one switch.

All as per item No 101 but for One fan point controlled by one switch for exhaust fan.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete.

Supply and fix street light bracket fabricated from galvanised iron pipe medium grade 32 mm dia of length 1.5 mtr bent to shape with socket and reducers as required suitable for fixing on PCC poles or on wall surface at any height etc and including 30X5mm thick galvanised flat iron clamps -02 Nos with nuts,bolts & washers clamps complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Wiring for circuit/submain wiring complete with two runs of 2.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, multistranded copper conducor cable with one run of 2.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor, drawn through and including 20 mm dia rigid non metallic PVC and conduit accessories concealed /roof/wall all as specified and as directed.

M& L for Bricks (Size 0.23 x 0.115 x 0.075mm) covering with width equal to length of brick as mechanical protection to cable with well burnt sub class 'B' bricks laid dry flat complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 m below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below ground level connectd to 4 mm dia GI earth wire as earth lead upto a length of 7.5 metre long by means of bolts, nuts washers etc., and protected by GI pipe light grade 15mm dia and 20mm dia GI tubing medium grade with funnel for watering, all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I, back-fill with salt and charcoal, provision of test point including connected to earth test point and necessary earth work excavation in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 bed and chamber RCC (1:2:4) type B1, iron grill including GI cover with hinge and funnel watering pipe etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
