Comprehensive maintenance of street light fitting of any type, any make/ model fitted on the pole at any height with any type of fixing arrangement by replacing aluminium wire two core 2.5 sqmm/4sqmm, clamps, nuts and bolts and lugs complete including taking down street light fitting from any height from the pole and increasing or decreasing the height of the fixing arrangement removing the bent pipe and clamps and refixing it to the proper height, removing all the hanging wires, cables, PVC pipes, old rusted clamps, hanging aluminium wires, hanging grasses etc and tightening of all nuts, bolts, clamps and fixing of the street light at proper direction complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note for ser item No 1 & 2:- (i) Aluminium cable for service connection shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ. (ii) Bracket with clamps nut & bolt shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ (if replaced). (iii) The rate quoted shall be deemed to be included all the necessary tool, ladder required for the work and shall be arranged by the contractor. The rate quoted shall be deemed to be included of this factor.

All as per item serial No.1 above but for solar street light fittings of 1 X 11W CFL light fitting.

Repair and maintenance of unserviceable glow sign board of any type, and size fixed at various locations at any height by replacing the led fitting complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) LED Fittings shall be issued under Sch 'B' as free for fixing. (ii) The rate quoted shall be deemed to be included necessary misc items & tools reqd at site.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (40 mm graded crushed trap stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded crushed trap stone aggregate) as in coping and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed, with and including use of form work and also dismantling of existing concrete coping complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, Erecting and fixing in repair Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9 metres long) and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" wide complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (i) The quoted rate includes staying the pole in a truly vertical position till the foundation is properly set. (ii) Excavation & foundation concrete, etc. will be measured and paid separately under the respective items of BOQ.

Supply and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty two single core 4sqmm aluminum stranded conductor PVC insulated served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed cable in service connection to light fitting to terminal box including taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Havells, Polycab, Finolex, Plaza

Supply and fix in replacement cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and including a coat of red oxide primer and one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable street light / flood light/ Post top lantern light fittings of any type and capacity including connected accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only LED type street light fitting in any position and at any location complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) LED street light fitting shall be issued under Sch ‘B’ as free from fixing only. (ii) The quoted rate are deemed to be included of necessary T&P and misc fixing arrangements required at site and testing complete.

Fixing only LED type flood light fitting of any capacity at any location complete as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) LED flood light fitting shall be issued under Sch ‘B’ as free from fixing only. (ii) Quoted rate are deemed to be included of necessary T&P and misc fixing arrangements required at site and testing complete.

Fixing only LED type post top lantern fitting of any capacity at any location complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) LED post top lantern fittings shall be issued under Sch ‘B’ as free from fixing only. (ii) Quoted rate are deemed to be included of necessary T&P and Misc fixing arrangements required at site and testing complete.

Dismantling and taking down old unserviceable ACSR or ACC conductor at any position from PCC/ steel tubular poles of any height complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) over head conductors (weasel) of size 6/1 x 2.59mm dia on existing HT/ LT poles, bringing the sag within limit and fixing on Insulator/ cross arms jumpering with binding wire with 16 SWG aluminum wire and providing alkathin pipe of approved quality for jumpers, reconnecting the service connections after removing the carbon material complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of existing old surface of pre-stressed cement concrete pole/ strut and applying three coats of white wash and two coats of aluminium paint on steel surfaces like clamps, cross arms etc and alternative Black /Yello strips of 30 cm width each all around the poles of up to 1.5 M height from top of PCC copping including writing MES, LT Poe No in black& white pattern in decorative manner on pole as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of existing old painted surface of steel pole/ struct including cross arms bracing clamps etc and applying two coats of aluminium paint on all steel exposed surface and alternative Black /Yello strips of 30 cm width each all around the poles of up to 1.5 M height from top of PCC copping including writing MES, LT Poe No in black& white pattern in decorative manner on pole as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED lights outdoor type 9 watt including fixing accessories and compact type for fountain lighting Make: Bajaj Cat Part No BAPRA 9W (WH/ WW) or equivalent make of Crompton, Phillips as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing 100 A.H Flooded Battery for solar light fitting of 2X11 capacity complete .Make: Exide, Amron

Cutting/ trimming of tree branches along the sides of HT/LT overhead lines to have a clear clearance of 3 Mtr all along the overhead conductor for the branches having girth not exceeding 100mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of Automatic Street Light Switch using Nature switch for automatic switching of street lights based on LUX level of Nature light. The Infrared Sensor based Nature Switch along with lighting load of 5 - 8 KW, SINGLE PHASE with suitable Power Contactor (AC 1) and MCBs of suitable rating should be enclosed in pole/along with wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof thick sheet of 3.15 mm with locking arrangment on it , termite proof and FR grade SMC junction box conforming to IP 54 fixed to pole by using MS clamps fabricated out of 25 mm X 3 mm thickness suitable to PCC/Steel tubular poles, Bolts and nuts as required at site and connected to street light over head/underground feeder by using suitable twin core aluminium conductor and testing all as specified and as directed. Make- Swadeep - 02 EC of Healer enterprise or equivalent make of CG, LT as approved by GE.

Supply and fix single piece moulded SMC box of size 230 x 170 x 105mm outer and 200 x 140 x 95mm inner dimensions consisting of one SP MCB 10Amps & one 4way connector including all necessary fixing arrangements for fixing to LT pole ie necessary clamps, nuts, bolts and washers of suitable size including taking down existing one complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix MS conduit of 20mm dia size with suitable clamps /fixing arrangement etc complete including dismantling/ taking out old defective conduct of any type from street light pole (junction box to street light fitting) as per specification and satisfaction of EIC. Material and labour for bracket with clamps for fixing street light fittings made out of GI pipe 40mm dia medium grade, 1.5metre long bent to shape with 02 Nos MS flat iron clamps 40x5mm with clamps, nuts bolts washer complete including taking down old brackets all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing solar light PCB panel suitable for 2x11W fitting completed all as specified and as directed.

Laying only PVC underground cable of 3.5core, 25sq.mm cross-sectional area, XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, in trenches/ pipe/ flooring/ wall and pole or such similar position, connecting with suitable lugs and fixing arrangement with necessary clamps and cable glands etc. as required, testing and commissioning complete including removing the old damaged unserviceable cable all as specified and as directed.

Laying only PVC underground cable of 2core, 16sq.mm cross-sectional area, XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, in trenches/ pipe/ flooring/ wall and pole or such similar position, connecting with suitable lugs and fixing arrangement with necessary clamps and cable glands etc. as required, testing and commissioning complete including removing the old damaged unserviceable cable all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5metre wide and not exceeding 1.5metre in depth and getting out in soft/disintegrated rock for foundation of poles, stays, laying of cables, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated rock not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and spreading in layers dry clean river sand for cable cushioning with a layer of sand 8cm depth before laying the cable and 15cm depth after laying the cable punned down to a depth of 10cm above the top of the cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying well burnt bricks sub class ‘B’ bricks laid flat, breadth wise along the length of cable in trenches for underground cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 80mm bore galvanized iron mild steel tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete in trenches laid in floor, on pole for protection of cable including clamps, nut, bolt etc after removing the old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 50mm bore galvanized iron mild steel tubing, medium grade with all fitting and fixed complete in trenches laid in floor, on pole for protection of cable including clamps, nut, bolt etc after removing the old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 40mm bore galvanized iron mild steel tubing, medium grade with all fitting and fixed complete in trenches laid in floor, on pole for protection of cable including clamps, nut, bolt etc after removing the old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for double sided glow sign board of size 4 metres x 60 cm showing location of substation writing of letter in flex sheet and the sides of perimeter covered with PGI sheet 24 SWG properly overlapped or mounted on MS angle iron frame 40mm x 40mm x 5mm on perimeter of glow sign board MS frame shall be applied with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with and including providing 03 Nos of LED 18 Watt with necessary point wiring of 1.54 Sqmm copper wire complete all as specified and directed.
