Supply installing, testing & commissioning of Manufacturer / OEM assembled Silent Type (DG) Diesel Engine driven Generating Set having prime power rating of 625.KVA/500 KW at a Power factor of 0.8 lagging, 415 volts, AC, 3 phase 4 wire, 50 HZ, 1500 RPM, alternator directly coupled with diesel engine, mounted on common base frame complete with Acoustic enclosure with inbuilt fuel tank, fuel line & accessories, PCC foundation work as per manufacturers instructions anti vibration pads, OEM recommended standard panel showing standard parameters of engine & alternator, exhaust pipe & other standard accessories and comprising the following (A) ENGINE (Prime Mover):Diesel Engine, four stroke, inline multi cylinders, liquid / water cooled, turbo charged, air to air after cooled, confirming to ISO 8528 for G3 Class performance, capable of giving adequate BHP not less than 734 at 1500 RPM to drive alternator capable of delivering minimum 625 KVA (500 KW) at outdoor atmospheric conditions at Hyderabad and capable of taking 10% overload for one hour after 12 hours of continuous operation, complete with the standard fittings / fixtures as per manufacturer and following accessories as specified & directed. PCC foundation including adequate number of suitable anti-vibration pads all as per the recommendation of the manufacturer.

(E) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE Corrosion resistant, acoustic and weather proof enclosure with durable industrial locking system on doors, doors with gasket made of high quality EPDM Material, with arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of engine & alternator, extraction and discharging of hot air to the atmosphere, made out of CRCA sheet with 11 tank pre treatment process and UV resistant powder coating and high quality noise absorbant& fire retardant grade acoustic insulation material (Rockwool) complying to IS 8183 well suitable for 625 KVA DG set to reduce noise level to 75 db (A), measured at 1.00, meter distance @75% load under field condition and 70db (A) at 3 meter distance @100% load confirming to CPCB II norms. Enclosure will have inbuilt base frame mounted fuel tank of capacity min 830 Litres fabricated out of 14 SWG MS sheet mounted inside the encloser along with fuel piping from tank to engine capacity as recommended by OEM with drain valve,air vent ,inlet ,outlet connection and suitable exhaust pipe duly cladded with glass wool and covered with aluminium sheet inside the encloser and exhaust trail pipe with muffler complete all as per manufacture's design. (F) DG SET MOUNTED INSTRUMENT PANEL:-- Fitted with & having digital display for the following :-

Any civil work including miscellaneous work not covered under the scope of the work but required for satisfactory completion of job deemed to be inclusive in the unit quoted rate. (b)Contractor shall submit the detailed specification, particular Model, Make and literature of DG SET along with drawings for approval of Garrison Engineer before placing of order. (c) The switch gear, accessories and other items to be incorporated into Synchronising Panel to be got approved from Garrison Engineer before placing the order. (d) The contractor shall arrange diesel/oil/coolant and artificial load for testing for final testing , recording readings of DG Set at site. The cost deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (e) Operation & maintenance catalogue,overhauling manual, spare parts list will be provided as per manufacturer standard practice (f) Stack drawing as per CPCB Norms and recommendation of OEM will be got approved from Accepting Officer before execution at ground . Note No.2,Output from alternator to synchronizing panel would be through Bus duct of suitable capacity for each DG set and termination at alternator end should be suitable for bus duct connection, however bus duct will be paid separately.
Supply install, test and commissioning of factory made Synchronous panel with auto sync. controller including Automatic main failure and PLC for load management outdoor type, vermin and dust proof, cubical type front and rear opening with locking arrangement, made out of triple powder coated with weather poof panel with suitable for IP 65, fabricated out of CRCA sheet minimum 3.00 mm thick fixed on angle iron frame, floor mounted including necessary PCC foundation 1:2:4 type B1, nut, bolts, washers, iron work etc powder coated housing with copper busbar 4000 Amps capacity of 3 phase and half neutral digital controller with features like Auto/manual functions, sequential DG Set start, manual adjustmet ofvoltage/frequency, ROCOF and vector shift protection, DG load demand automatic balance of running hours of each DG , neutral . isolating contactors with necessary NO and NC, mains decoupling and test mode, dead bus sensing, bus failure detection. KW and KVAR load sharing , dead bus synchronising, fuel usage monitor and low fuel level protection and over load protection, circuit control MCBs 6Amp with 10 KA rating C Curve and comprising of the followings:- (i) ACB 1250A FP 50 KA motorised micro processor based (O/L, S/C,E/F) release with U/V release - 02 (as Incomer) . No.3.00 Contd… OUTGOING:- (i) ACB1000A FP 50 KA EDO without microprocessor release under voltage trip,shunt trip/ closing coil, Adaptor type terminals for 4 pole, close open cycle counter, spring charge indicator switch,position indicator switche-03 Nos. Note:- The output from LT panel to 03 Nos load centre would be taken with 2 X 400 sqmm Aluminium armoured cable. There should be suitable arrangement for electric connections of 03 nos out going ACB's. However LT UG Cables will be measured and paid under respective items of work. The input to the panel should be suitable for 4000 Amps trunking busbar as incomer .
Earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 3.00 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 M below normal ground level connected to copper earth strip 20 x 3 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, washers and check nuts made out of copper earth plate all as shown on Electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note 1: The unit rate shall also include for earth work in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 50mm thick RCC cover slab reinforced with 6 Nos of 8mm dia TMT bars both ways, funnel with watering pipe 20 mm dia medium grade, GI protection pipe light grade 40 mm dia and wire mesh complete in addition to item No. 1(a) to (e) of preamble (Notes) under sub-heading earthing, specified on SI. Page No. 422 of SSR Part-II. Note: Beyond 7.5 MTR Copper earth strip 20 x 3 mm and GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

M&L for installing,testing on commissioning LT outdoor Bus duct, sandwich type with fire resistance in BuiIding penetration with verified Integrity of 240 Minutes Rated insulation 1100 V (Ui)I 4000 Amps 2 runs in 2-2 tier system with rated operational Voltage (Ue) 415 V/690 V,Rated Dielectric Voltage 2.2 KV for 1 Sec 50/60 HZ made from hot galvanized 1.6 mm thick sheet steel treated according to UNI EN 10327 or 2.5 mm Aluminium & painted with RAL 7035, resins with high resistance to chemical agents, rigid & robust to sustain outdoor atmosphere. The enclosure shall be protection not less than IP 65 / IP 66 as per IEC 529. Single bolted special monobolt will be used for connecting successive feeders/elbows/flanges etc. The bus bar conductor shall have a rectangular cross section made up of high conductivity Aluminium with standard length and interface barriers ,short circuit withstand capacity 80 ka for 01 sec with joint block with maintenance free nut system and all vertical / horizontal elbows /end flange/Adoptor box . The insulation between the bars is ensured by Multi layer Polyethylene Terephthalate (UL Listed) sheath made of polyester film thermal class WITH INSULATION Class -. F ( 155 Degree C) . Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5metre in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, tubular poles or laying of pipes, or for removal / laying of cables etc., not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil, including trimming sides of foundations and forming bottom surface to required level, complete all as specified and directed.
Returning, filling in, in soils, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm., complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting the existing hard standing / road for cable trenches and making good the disturbed surfaces with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Rate quoted is inclusive of form work for rectification of existing hard standing/ road cutting.
100mm bore of pipe GI tubing light grade, galvanised with all fittings including short lengths, laid above/ below ground level as a protection pipe to GI earth strip, complete with all fittings (such as bends, elbows, Tee, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions etc complete all as specified and directed.
