Supplying and erecting for shuttering, including necessary supports for plane surface in foundatron and basement for RCC column foonngs, Plinth beams, staircase steps, etc., using muld steed sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10gauge, stuffened with mild steel angle of size 2mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding, supported by sutver oak joists of size 10 x6.5cm, spaced at about 90cm centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to Centre complete, complying with standard speafications and as directed etc., complete

Supplying, fabrication and placing in position of steel remforcement using mild steel of Ribbed for steel rods, for all RCC works as per the design given by the departmental officers including cost of steel and binding wore and all labour charges for cutting, bending & tying etc., complying with standard specifications - 1 Quintal

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement, ane & half M-sand and three course aggregate) 20mm gauge hand broken/ and broken granite stone for all RCC items of works excluding ««shuttering and cost of reinforcement including curing etc.,complete and also mncluding fixing fan clamps and fixtures in rec wherever necessary as directed by officer etc complete.

SPECIAL CEILING PLASTERING and finishing all an the RCC exposed surfaces such as RCC slabs, sunshades,canopies,staircase steps,landing slabs ete., with cernent mortar 1:3 (one cement and three M-sand) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces etc complete

Plastering with CM 1:5 (One cement and five M sand) mix 12mm thick including finishing cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges watering, curing and and all other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications

Filling with M Sand including watering and consolidation as per the direction of departmental officers etc. completed.

Providing and laying of Rubber Moulded Hydraulic Pressed Paver Block size 63mm thick in uniform shape of approved make to be laid in lorrying bone pattern with approved non sticking surface in the top and the rate including leveling the base, preparation of sub base with sand cushion 100mm thick, laying out the pavement, cut the pieces to fit the edge, vibrating the pavers, sweeping the sand grouting, providing transporting, loading unloading and laying of paver block as per standard specification.

Painting two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of 1st class quality and of approved color over a priming coat including through scraping clean removal of dirt etc. complete and including necessary plaster of paris putty wherever required - 1 m2

Conveying the excavated earth from the site to the distance of 15kms out side of the city limit including all initial lead, lift, loading and N unloading with transportatiog’ CMarges etc . complete as per the direction of departmental officers.
