Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for

S & F of 6 mm thick galvanised mild steel in valley gutter (Mass of Zinc Coating shall be as per IS 4759-1996 Table 1 minimum value shall be 610 gram per square metre). The galvanised steel sheet shall be jointed with welding and shall be grinded to have a levlelled surface. the stiffners of 150 mm width shall be provided below every joint and the same shall also be welded on all sides to get a single joint without any holes/leakages. The gutter shall be welded and placed as per the site condition. the rates include provision of the galvanised steel spouts in the valley gutters by making circular holes in the valley gutter and full circular welding of the spouts to discharge the rainwater to the PVC down take pipes of dia 160 mm of suitable sizes of galvanised steel spouts to be made and fixed complete.

M & L for Brick work built in CM.1:6 using Sub-Class “B” Bricks,straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius .

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in of any thickness including plastering.

Dismantling of Asbestos cement sheets (corrugated, semicorrugated etc.) in roof coverings as directed and returning to CE stores intact.

Supply and fixing of 6mm thick asbestos cement corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc fixed with Ltype or J-type or cranked hook bolts.

M & L for sand filling under foundation, flooring etc,including watering and consolidation.

M & L for broken stone Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 20mm graded aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete.

M & L for Polythene film, black, 50micron laid in floors

Supply and fixing of mild steel reinforcement TMT bars 8mm dia to 6 mm dia including bending, cranking, hooking and tieing with mild steel wire not less than 0.90mm dia.

M& L for form work to side and soffit (circular / curved of RCC Member such as foundation, plinth beam, RCC wall etc and the finishing shall be of fair finished surface

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.50 cu. m, each and getting out in dense/hard soil including removal of earth from the site and filling the low lying area near by.

Material and labour for chain link fencing made of 8 gauge G.I. Wire with 3” aperture and height as directed.

M & L for providing reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area n exc 100 sq. cm, and not exceeding 250 sq.cm with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed.

Supply and fixing of mild steel ROUND plain stiffner Bars 10mm dia r,cut to lengthand bend to 'J'' shape at both end for hooking together to hold the chain link fencing in position.

Supply and fixing of mild steel angles, rod and flats bars and bolt nuts using as posts and struts and for stiffness in fencing and gate including cutting tops to shape drilling holes.

S & F of PVC (SWR) 110mm dia Pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in wall.

S & F of PVC Bend 110mm dia any radius,

Material and labour for painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint on old steel surfaces including preparation of old surfaces.

M & L for painting on steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer including preparing new surfaces.

M & L for white washing two coats to posts, pillars and walls using shell lime

Supply of JCB Machine for surfaces excavation,removing material,site clerance work etc as and when required in hours of operation

Removal of excavated soils exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed.
