Supply and fix cable from DG Set to DG set Panel of size 50 Sqmm Single core, Multi stranded, HRFR PVC Insulated Industrial Grade Copper Conductor (Unsheathed) complete with necessary fixing arrangements such Heavy duty cable copper lugs, nuts, bolts etc, including taking out old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cable from DG Set to DG set Panel of size 70 Sqmm Single core, Multi stranded, HRFR PVC Insulated Industrial Grade, Copper Conductor (Unsheathed) complete with necessary fixing arrangements such Heavy duty cable copper lugs, nuts, bolts etc, including taking out old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix onload change over switch, four pole, panel mounted in sheet steel enclosure, 200 Amps, 415 volts, complete inclusive all necessary fixing arrangements on existing panel and all incoming and outgoing cable connection with heavy duty cable copper lugs etc including taking out old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour Engine Oil (20 W 40) including drain out old unserviceable oil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour Coolant including drain out old unserviceable Coolant complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour topping up of Distilled water in Battery at various places complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix Asbestos rope of required size including taking out old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix Battery connection Cable with solid brass clamps lugs for "+ve" Terminals including taking out old unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix Battery connection Cable with solid brass clamps lugs for "-ve" Terminals including taking out old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair, maintenance of Diesel driven Gen set Capacity 180 KVA by replacing unserviceable minor spare parts such as gaskets,nuts,bolts,washers and spring etc including oiling, greasing and Servicing of DG set by replacement of connected fast moving spare parts including dismantling, cleaning and refixing of fuel tank with inlet/outlet pipe, repair/over hauling of Governor assembly with necessary replacement of spare parts to make the governor assembly 100% trouble free,repair/servicing of alternator with grinding/polishing of slip rings and cleaning and re-tensioning of carbon bush holder with necessary replacement of carbon bush complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Cost of minor spare parts such as gaskets,nuts,bolts,washers and spring shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the tenderer. (b) Lathe work if required shall also deemed to be included in the rate quoted against these items. (c) Spare parts such as fast moving item shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule as "Supply only" Items. (d) Repair/ maintenance, servicing and overhaulling shall be carried out by dealer / distributor of manufacturer's of DG Sets or their authorised agent. Approval for same shall be taken from Accepting officer before execution of any work.
