Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade with 20 % plum including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering . All work upto plinth level with:1:3:6(1 cement : 3 coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) 80 % Concrete

12mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Carriage of materials for an average lead of 20 kms for sand and stone aggregate including headload
