Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Inverter Technology, Hot & Cold, Split Type Wall mounted Air Conditioner (indoor & outdoor unit with cordless remote control unit) of Cap 1.5 TR , minimum BEE 4 Star rating, fitted with rotary compressor, Refrigerant type R-410A/R-32, cooling capacity nominal (4500 Kcl/Hrs) including , PVC FRLS grade multi stranded copper conductor cable 3 core 2.5 Sqmm for connections with outdoor unit, clamps, nuts, bolts washers drilling holes on walls/ceiling for connection/drain pipes and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall with cement mortar, white cement and painting works to match the existing surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(i) PVC drain pipes of suitable size & heavy duty Copper connection pipes including suitable insulation upto 3 Mtrs are deemed to be included in above quoted rate. (ii) PVC drain pipes of suitable size & heavy duty copper connection pipes including suitable insulation exceeding 3 Mtrs shall be measured and paid separately under relavent item. (iii) Outdoor stand of outdoor unit should be paid separately under relavent item.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Inverter Technology, Hot & Cold, Split Type Wall mounted Air Conditioner (indoor & outdoor unit with cordless remote control unit) of Cap not less than 2.0 TR minimum BEE 4 Star rating, fitted with rotary compressor, Refrigerant type R-410A/R-32, cooling capacity nominal (6000 Kcl/Hrs) including PVC FRLS grade multi stranded copper conductor cable 3 core 2.5 Sqmm for connections with outdoor unit, clamps, nuts, bolts, washers, drilling holes on walls/ceiling for connection/drain pipes and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall with cement mortar, white cement and painting work to match the existing surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(i) PVC drain pipes of suitable size & heavy duty Copper connection pipes including suitable insulation upto 3 Mtrs are deemed to be included in above quoted rate. (ii) PVC drain pipes of suitable size & heavy duty copper connection pipes including suitable insulation exceeding 3 Mtrs shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Window type air conditioner of capacity 1.5 TR, BEE not less than 5 Star rating, refrigerant type R-410A, fitted with highly energy efficient rotary compressor, including making necessary arrangements like cutting grills for fixing on window and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Note for Item No. 01 to 03 :- (i) The rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed to include the disconnection of old ACs window/split type of any capacity from site of installation and transporting to AGE E/M (AC) store yard for depositing in store and receipt to be attached in RAR/Final Bill while clearing payment. (ii) The installation of AC shall be done by an authorise dealer of OEM (so that company's warranty does not lapsed/forefeited due to wrong installation or handling by the person other than authorised rep of company/OEM) and dealer's authorisation letter shall be submitted by the contractor before installation. (iii) After procurement of AC the installation of AC shall be completed within 5 days at intimated location otherwise a penalty of Rs 1000/- per day per AC to be recovered from contractor dues.

Supply, installation testing and commissioning Desert Cooler powder coated body of size 25 inch x 25 inch x 36 inch (height) cooler body made out by 20 SWG PGI sheet with side panels (03 Nos) fabricated out of 22 SWG PGI Sheet alongwith distribution switch, 5 Amp piano switch and tank of depth 11 inch, electric driven exhaust motor (single phase), 230V, 50 Hz, AC, fitted with submersible pump of suitable capacity, rotary switch (Step type Speed Regulator), three core flexible copper conductor wire with 15 Amp Plug Top, wood wool pad on three sides and three speed Exhaust motor of copper wounded, 450 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of BEE 3/4/star rated frost free refrigerator double door, electric driven (single phase, 230V, 50 Hz, AC supply) of capacity not less than 308 Ltrs capacity with non CFC refrigerant inverter based compressor complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour including taking down AC Sub main wiring ISI marked with two runs of single core 4 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated copper conductor FRLS (Conforming to IS-694) multi stranded, unsheathed 1100 volts grade in PVC casing Capping (medium grade) of adequate size on surface of wall/ceiling with all fittings & casing capping accessories including one run 4 Sqmm single core unsheathed multi stranded, copper cable FRLS (Conforming to IS-694) as earth continuity wire complete all as specified and directed. Note :-1. Two runs of cable with one run of earth wire shall be measured as one unit length. 2. Earth wire shall run inside the PVC heavy duty condut 20 mm dia. 3. Suitable colour code of wire must be ensured for phase/neutral/earth.

M&L for Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape ,drilled and countersunk for screw , including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting etc, n.exc 10 kg each brackets conforming to Fe-290, Gde-E-165, including necessary grouting in wall/ground support and two coats of synthetic enameled paint with one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing powder coated brackets for outdoor unit complete with fixing nuts bolts, washers, driling holes/grouting on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repair /replacement PVC connection pipe heavy duty 15 mm dia bore with PTMT nuts of length 450 mm complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply & fixing in repair /replacement PVC flexible waste water drain pipe of size not exeeding 50 mm dia including fittings (bend/nipple) length not less than 1.0 RM complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC medium grade drain pipe of size 20 mm dia including fittings complete all as specified and as directed.
