M&L for pole painting, concrete pole with 02 coat of wheather exposed dust proof "apex" emulsion, pole height should be 9/11 mtr. Painting should be done from top to bottom at ground level. Bottom portion of the pole upto 1.50 m from top of the copping with one coat of synthetic enamel paint with marking pole numbers & marking three blue & two white strips width 25 cm by fluorescent paint complete all all as specified and directed .

Supply and fill of back fill compound in earth pit complete all as specified and directed . Make - S N Engineering or Equivalent .

M&L for searching fault location of HT/LT UG cable 11000/415 Volts laid in trenches/ducts with the help of electronic fault locating machine comprising of surge generator pulse, ECHO fault locator with frequency distance calculator etc incl transportation of machinery. Excavation in normal soil strata exposing the cable fault removal of deteriorated portion of the cable treating of cable of any size including disconnecting and re-fixing cables with lugs as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix ON load four pole changeover switch with front handle operated of 4 pole 415 volt 50 Hz 630 amps in open execution to be fixed in existing panel with suitable size nut/bolts and complete all as directed . Make - Havells/L&T/Indo Asian/Standard

M & L for Painting of steel pole with cross arms, clamp of any length and shape for LT overhead line with single coat of aluminium paint including preparation of the existing surface including marking pole numbersand marking three blue & three white bends width 20 cm by fluorescent paint, from bottom of pole to 1.5 Mtr height complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Restraining of LT over head line single ACSR conductor comprising of any size of conductor aluminium/copper/GI after opening binding wire from insulators and replace binding wire and achieved permissible sag limit of over head line conductor complete all as directed and specified.

Supply and fix in repair cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material of tubular sleeve version and accessories suitable for 3½/ 4 core XLPE armoured Al conductor cable of size 185 to 300 sq mm complete .Make- Recmay / Denson or equivalent .

Trimming of tree branches upto 11m from ground level all along the over head electric supply lines, to clear all branches maintaining a clear distance of 1.5m from the conductors. The maximum average dia of branches shall not exceed 20cm. After trimming the cut pieces and branches are cleared from the road upto a distance 200m. Note: (a) Required tools, ladder, Safety equipment etc. shall be arranged by the firm. (b) Area wise shut down to feeders shall be given on one day notice upto 4hrs.

M & L for Earthing to OH/Sub stn with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to main earth lead GI wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nut, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of MES Schedule pt-I 1991, GI earth lead wire protected by GI pipe 15mm dia light grade and connected to earth test point including excavation in any type of soil,returning filling, disposal of soil, providing charcoal dust and common salt upto top edge of earth plate, construction of PCC pit with RCC cover, funnel, watering pipe of 20mm dia GI light grade and provision of earth test point including testing on completion complete Note : Main earth lead beyond 7.5 meter shall measured and paid saperatly.
