Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters without taking off shutters from frame n exe 1.5 Sqm each all as specified and as directed.

S&F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for factory made single extruded 18/19 mm thick WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid board one side white color and other side of board laminted with PVC foil of minimum 14 micron thickness of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive for cup boards, work stations and bathroom/kitchen cabinet etc. of required sizes comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant fixed with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws etc., including taking down old cupboards complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:-Fitting shall be measured measured seperately under following items , All joint should be filled with sealant

S&F for Factory made double extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door & other Frames/Chowkhat of size 45x85 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof,water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length etc., complete all as specified and as directed. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately).

S&F Factory made single 30 mm thick extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid moulded flush door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws etc., complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S S screws incl in this item)

S&F for contunoius (piano) hinges , mild steel , bright finish or electrogalvanished and width of flaps 30 mm (when open) etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 150 mm long Brass handles, cast type, polished bright etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 75 mm size hasp and stable , safety type , brass with mild steel hinges pin including bolt to hinge plate with scrows etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Magnetic catcher with plate, glossy finish for Drawer / Cabinet of Size not less than 50mm etc., complete all as specified and as directed.
