| 5.00Terms & Condition of Mortuary Cooler 1)Comprehensive maintenance service contract must ensure smooth running of the mortuary cooler Unit i.e. maintaining predetermined temperature. This maintenance contract will cover repairs and / or replacement of any spare and accessories incl. control unit, refrigerant etc. free of charge. 2). Service professional must visit twice in a month for preventive checking and maintenance. At each visit service professional must note down related checking parameters in log book and the log book must be placed before for signing by In charge Junior Engineer of the Site. The Agency have to supply necessary log book and bound to inform concerned Junior Engineer before each visit. | ||||||

| 10.00Generel Terms & Condition for all items 1. The annual maintenance Contract will cover the works as mentioned in scope of work. 2. Report is to be submitted periodically about the conditions of the Plant & all of its accessories to the concerned AE /JE. 3. The agency must have their office & Telephone contact in Kolkata and must quote the address & contract telephone number on the quotation. The telephone call should be responded without delay. 4. Any fault should be set right within 24 hours from the time of reporting the fault. When the fault related to other major / sophisticated part of the plant (except compressor), the same must be temporarily replaced by similar one by Co’s own stock. | ||||||

Generel Terms & Condition for all items 1. The annual maintenance Contract will cover the works as mentioned in scope of work. 2. 5. Failing of compliance of any of the above-mentioned points , this Department posses the right to deduct the cost from the bills of agency on prorate basis as determined by the Engineer-in-charge and / or terminate the contract if required as decided by the Engineer-in-charge. 6. The above penalty may be evaded by the Executive Engineer on consideration of convincing reasons submitted in writing by the contractor. 7. The service professionals deputed by the Agency should wear the Photo Identity Card issued by the Agency. One copy of issued “Photo Identity Card” to the service professionals must be submitted to the office of the AE, RGKar Electrical Sub Division alongwith self signed photo copy of AADHAAR document. 8. The Contract may be terminated at any time, with one month notice from either ends.
(Rate should be quotated including all taxes and duties, GST and considering the value of less cost materials.)
