Comprehensive Maintenance for 9 (Nine) months of Boom Barriers (04 Nos)/Hydraullic bollards (02 Nos)/Tyre shredder (01 Nos) Make-Godrej installed at Main Gate DLRL including checking, testing, carrying out Inspection visit and service visit compete along with attending breakdown on phone calls as directed Note (i) Comprehensive maintenance should carried out by Original Equipment Manufacturer only and service reports shall be submitted. (ii) The contractor would need to have an agreement with the OEM or OEM partner to provide Comprehensive Maintenance for 9 (Nine) months and submit the agreement copy to the Engineer-in-charge before commencement (iii) Visits shall includes service and inspections (iv) The OEM or OEM partner would setup a dedicated email or mobile No to receive and attend the issues, It would also provide an escalation matrix and contact numbers.
