Dismantling of existing old filtr media of IRP in various sizes, unservicable strainers etc. and depostied the sludge where directed, cleaing the all acessories with emery paper on the inner/outer surface and preparing the surface will be painted with two coats of food grade epoxy paint and outer side with two coast of anti-corrosive weather proof over a coat of primer etc completed and directed by EIC.
Supply and fill Barakar sand of 16/32,10/20 mm size and gravel of size 1",3/4",1./2",3/8",1/4" and 1/8"
Supply and fixing rubber gasket joints for all packing required placess of IRP units including nut-bolt complete.
Supply and replacement of Flower strainer (Push type) of approvd quality and size whever required as directed.
Replacemen of existing MNO2/Anthracite from oxidatation chamber with new MNO2 Anthracite lumps to be used as oxidizing agent (450x600mm connecting main IRP with MNO2 Lump)
Supply and fixing 75 mm dia MS pipe line confirming to IS specification fitted with inlet, , out let and services control by butter fly valves, sampling cock ec complete.
Supply and fixing Diaphrgm
Supply and fix water passer gauge duly calibrated
Supply and fixing E-Doze pump for chlorine dosing with 100 litre tank
Cleaning of under ground sump, Over Head R.C.C. Tank (independent staging) including disposal of slit and rubbish, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The cleaning shall consist following operations:- (i) Tank shall be emptied of water by pumping & bottom shall be cleaned of silt and other deposits. (ii) Entire surface area of the sump shall then scrubbed thoroughly with wire brush etc. and pressure washed with water. (iii) Chlorination of RCC internal surface by liquid chlorine. (iv) The treated surface shall be dried using air jetting and all loose particles shall be removal from the surface. (v) Finally the surface shall be treated with ultraviolet radiation etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
