Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade in one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 litrs/10 sqm complete including cost of Priming coat.

Painting work with two or more coats including a coat of approved steel primer to ceiling of existing G.S. sheet roof of store room with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade.

Provision for two or more coats polishing to existing marble floor and wall lining inside toilet block.

Providing and fixing 30 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws ISI marked flush door shutters(0.75 to 0.80m x 2.00 to 2.10m) conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters after removing of existing wooden doors etc complete

Providing and laying two courses water proofing treatment with bitumen felt over roofs consisting of first course of blown bitumen 85/25 or 90/15 conforming to IS : 702 applied hot @ 1.45 Kg per square metre of area, second course of roofing felt type 3 grade-I (hessian based self finished bitumen felt) including preparation of surface etc. complete.

Providing 1.00 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m² corrugated G.S. sheet roofing for temporary generator shed including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work for temporary generator shed, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Earth work in excavation for floor of temporary generator shed, banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with ½ tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depressions, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m

Providing and laying 75 mm thick compacted bed of dry brick aggregate in floor of generator shed of 40mm thick nominal size including spreading, well ramming, consolidating and grouting with jamuna sand, including finishing smooth etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete in floor of temporary generator shed with 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including finishing complete.

Neat cement punning over cement concrete floor including finishing complete.

Provision for necessary supplying, fitting and fixing in position, repairing and removal of old sanitary and water supply line, cock, inlet and outlet valve, socket, elbow, loose joints ,wash basin, urinal etc. with approved brand materials at toilet block etc. complete
