2nd Class hard wood (Sal/Hallock), Plain framed, panelled 35mm thick shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS:1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, Complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Butt hinges of size 100mm, cast brass,with mild steel hinge pin, bright polished and fixed, type B-11, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

150mm aluminium, anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

150mm long aluminium alloy handles, cast type, anodised complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rendering 20mm thick in CM 1:6 on stone masonry surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Two coats of oil bound distemper on newly/old plastered surface of walls over a coat of JK primax and one coat of JK wall putty including preparation, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Applying two coats of Apex paint over a coat of primer (JK primex) to newly plastered or Old decorated surfaces of wall including preparation etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors , in any position and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) un-reinforced complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

25mm thick, PCC, M-15, nominal mix, type B-1(using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates) as in floors, finished even and rough to receive floor finishes, complete all as spcified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Mat Finish (non-skid) premium class-I grade, coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm but not exceeding 0.18sqm in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over 15mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Plain Cement concrete, M-7.5, type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base, foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as spcified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete M-10, nominal mix type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in drain and surface channel, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulders masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Walling of random rubble stone masonry, brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per serial item No 18 here-in-above but except stones.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

0.63mm thick, galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with L type or J cranked hook bolts in lieu of screws and washers in roof walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

0.63mm thick, plain, black, mild steel sheeting in ridges, hips vally gutters drip and straaight flashings, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided etc. complete all as Specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Mild steel work as in wind ties, conforming to FE-290 Gde-E-165 etc; complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling timber scantling unframed work under 40 sqcm as in rails rafters, purlins in any position and shape/size, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

2nd class, soft wood, wrought, timber frame work as in repair of trusses, purlins etc.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Dismantling Asbestos Cement sheets as in ceilling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

False Ceiling using anodised, aluminium or colour coated GI Tee or angle Section snap grid frame work of size 605x 605mm including hangers 6mm dia (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level to roof slab by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3mm size and 60mm long complete with 4mm thick asbestos fiber cement bldg board ISI marked, e-board, coloured and designed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete, M-15, nominal mix, type B-1, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates), as in coping and the similar worksincluding necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

TMT bar 10 mm dia and over, cut of length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per serial item 30 here-in-above but of dia 6 to 8mm as in stirrups, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, n. exc. 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Plain cement concrete, 50mm thick, M-15(nominal mix), type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in plinth protection and similar works finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Hard Core of gauge 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not execeeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surfaces with broken stone complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Machine presseed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thick of M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment over 20 mm thick sand cushioning under paver block, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Two coats of synthetic enamel paint on old wood or wooden based surfaces of any description, n. exc. 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
