Extra over item of above for cutting of steel in RCC work (sectional area of the RCC work to be measured including all labour, material tools and plant, scaffoldings etc. complete.

Removing existing plaster carefully by Stripping clearing away the same at places pointed out within a lead of 100m, cleaning the surfaces etc. As directed. All labour & material, tools & plant etc. complete

Exposing existing old & worn out RCC column, beams and slabs etc. up to the main reinforcement carefully by means of chisel and hammer including necessary scaffolding, stacking the same on ground in the compound etc. complete as directed (surface area exposed after final chipping, chiselling etc. will only be measured and paid for).

Cement concrete (1:2:4) using 20 black aggregate as coarse aggregate including mixing, depositing, consolidating, levelling, curing etc. All labour & material etc. complete.

RCC (1:11/2:3) mix using 20mm graded black trap stone metal out of quarried boulders as coarse aggregate , including mixing, placing, consolidating, vibrating, levelling, curing etc. but excluding the cost of shuttering and reinforcement. All labour & material etc. complete.

Providing & fixing shuttering for the columns, beams, lintels etc. of any size and shape including cleaning, oiling, closing, gaps, removing shuttering after concreting, provisions of necessary props, bracings and other supports etc. All labour and material etc. complete

Providing and fixing reinforcement with TMT/tor steel/mild steel including cutting, bending, tying grills, placing in position, holding in position during concreting, including cost of binding wire. All labour and material, tools & plant etc. complete.

Constructing masonry in superstructure such as partition walls, parapets etc. 10 cm thick using precast cement concrete solid blocks having a crushing strength of not less than 35Kg./cm2 (28 days) and a mix not leaner than (1:5:10) in cement mortar (1:4) including providing specially moulded block at junctions and corners, providing 2 M.S. bars 6mm dia at every fourth course, all scaffolding, lifts, raking out joints, curing etc. All labour & material etc. complete.
