Providing and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabre 75mm x 25mm rectangular mesh with 3.25mm dia wire fixed on steel windows of standard rolled sections with 3mm thick flat iron cover moulding of 12.5mm width, fixed with machine screws welded complete in all respects.

Applying Priming coat with metal primar on new steel or iron work including preparation of surface. Painting two coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shade on new wood work or metallicor plastered or concrete surface to give and even shade

Providing two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint (1st Quality) complete in all respect as approved by Engineer-in- charge Make:- Top quality of Asian/Nerolac

Applying priming coat with ready mixed exterior paint in all shades on newly plasterd or concrete exterior surface.

Dismantling cement conglomerate/terrazzo floors 25mm to 50mm thick with out concrete base.

Dismantling white or coloured glazed tiles (to be carefully removed)

Providing and fixing pressed clay tile (Manglore tiles) of size 200mm x125mm x10mm on slopping roof top/window prohections with 12mm thick cement, coarse sand mortar 1:3 including cost of ridge wherever required as per approved design complete in all respect up to 4 storey or 15 metre height.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 with stone aggregate 20 mm nomical size in pavements, roads, taxitracks and runways, laid to required slope and camber, including consolidation, finishing and tamping complete.

Precast chequered tiles of 20mm thickness in ordinary grey cement without chips laid on 20mm thick bed of cement coarse sand mortar 1:3 with neat cement slurry between joints and over the base in floors, treads of steps and landings. Note. In case colour chequered tiles in flooring are used, increase the through rate of item No. 14.45 by 10%

Shuttering for faces of concrete foundation and foundation beams (vertical or battering).

Providing and fixing PVC strips, 40 mm wide in floors. 5.5 mm thick

Cutting of existing M.S pipes of Basket Ball Court and re-jointing with welding after raising from 6'' to 9'' height including making good the surface of the poles with grinder etc. Complete as per direction and satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and filling Tibba sand including leveling, watering and compaction etc. complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
