Excavation in Soil using Hydraulic Excavator CK 90 and Tippers with Disposal upto 1000 metres. Excavation in Ordinary Rock using Hydraulic Excavator CK-90 and Tippers with Disposal upto 1000 metres.Excavation for roadway in ordinary rock with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, transporting to embankment site within all lifts and lead upto 1000 m, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical specification clause-401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam after mixing with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying with 1 % OPC cement and 3.5 % Emulstion in uniform singel layers on sub- base / sub-grade and compacting with road roller to achieve the desired density. Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm over bitumens surface on the prepared for bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. On bitumens surface

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 5.4 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH clause No. 509 complete in all respects.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or Sand) Including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer In-charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches.

Sand filling in plinth excluding supply of necessary quantity of sand including watering dressing, ramminh etc. required for proper completion of work (Lead upto 30m & lift 1.5m)

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:4:8 of not less than strength of Stone ballast (40 mm nominal size) approved coarse sand and cement, curing complete, Including cost of form work. In Foundation and floors.

Class-150 brick work in 1:3 cement and course sand of 1.25 fineness modulus mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

R.C.C. work with M-20 cement Concrete approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4") gauge approved stone grit lintels of doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending and including its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWGI binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc and also including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required to proper completion of the work/strength of the concrete shall not be less than M-20.
