Replacement of wornout electro mechanical components of 2000 GPH x 200 meter head submersible pump set installed at pumping station Seen Brahmana. The job involves extraction of pump set from the Dugwell by decoupling and extracting all the pipes one by one manually using chain pulley and other tools and tackles. Carriage of pump set upto the roadside and loading and to the workshop in the vehicle. Repair to motor shaft by remetalling, turning and finishing, replacement of bushes, thrust pads-1no and assembling of motor. Job also includes dismantling of pump set and extraction of damaged parts. Repair of damaged shaft by way of Remetalling, turning and finishing. Replacement of impellers 06 no. Fabrication / fitting of new bushes-06 no. Providing and fitting of new neck rings. sleeves, coupling bolts etc. coupling of pump with the motor and making proper alignment. Job also includes carriage of pump set from road to pumping station and lowering to Dug well by coupling and lowering of all the extracted pipes one by one, providing and fitting of new flange bolts with nuts and washers and replacement of rubber gaskets. Complete rewinding of 10 HP motor. Carriage, transportation of the repaired pump back to the pumping station and making electric connections and testing on load. Providing and fitting of 10mm2 copper cable from panel to motor approximately 40 meters in length conforming to ISI standard. Job also includes repair to LT control panel 50 ampere by replacing damaged contractor MNX 50 with new one. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, to & fro and carriage, transportation charges.
