Details of Work. - Cable laying, Ferruling, Termination work in 220KV Bus bar Protection Relay & 220KV Isolator MOM Box of 220KV Bus-A,B&C AT 400KV S/S ORAI UNDER E400KV S/S Division, Orai.
Laying of 4 core armoued control cable from 202 bay (transfer bus coupler bay) isolator 89A ,89B, 89C to AC BMK (installed at this bay) including opening of cable from cable drum and shifting of cable from open store to 400 kv switchyard & laying of cable in cable trench and keep at cable rack after opening of trench cover & cover the cable trench from trench cover after the completion of work.(Approx trench length-100 mtr.)
Laying of 10 and 2 core armoued control cable from 202 bay (transfer bus coupler bay) AC BMK (installed at this bay) to 220 KV bus bar protection relay panel including opening of cable from cable drum and shifting of cable from open store to 400 kv switchyard & laying of cable in cable trench and keep at cable rack after opening of trench cover & cover the cable trench from trench cover after the completion of work .(Approx trench length-170 mtr.)
Removel of 4 core cable insulation and armouring from control cable after that fixing of cable gland, ferruling with address, lugging in control cable and termination on both side terminal block of master MOM isolator box of 89A, 89B, 89C of 201,202,203,204,205 and AC BMK installed at above mentioned respective each bay.All material likes cable gland ,ferrules with addressing, lugs, cable tie will arranged by the contactor and all further necessary works and drilling required for necessary holes inside MOM box will completed by contactor.
Removal of 10 & 2 core cable insulation and armouring from control cable after that fixing of cable gland, ferruling with address, lugging in control cable and termination on both side terminal block of AC BMK, installed at 201,202,203,204,205 bay and inside 220 KV bus bar protection relay as per relay drawing. All material like cable gland , ferrules with addressing , lugs, cable tie will arranged by the contactor and all further necessary works and drilling required for necessary holes inside MOM box will completed by contactor.
Removing of 4 core cable insulation and armouring after that fixing of cable gland , ferruing , lugging and termination on terminal block of master MOM isolator box of 89A & 89B of 209 bus coupler bay and inside 220 KV bus bar protection relay as per relay drawing. All material like cable gland , ferrules with address , lugs, cable tie will arranged by the contactor and all further necessary works and required holes inside MOM box will completed by contactor.
Rates qouted by the bidders shall be without taxes. Taxes applicable if any to paid extra
