Providing and fixing pavement marker (Cat Eyes) molded shank raised pavement markers made of polycarbonate and ABS molded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 Kg teste in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to specifications of Category A of MORT&H Circular No.RW/NH/33023/10-97-O-III dated 11.06.1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50mm, 100mm and with minimum refelective are of 13 Sqcm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35+/-5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19+/-2mm and height not less than 30+/-2mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kg. Fixing wil be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside without nails and using apoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacture's recommendation and complete in all respect as per drawing to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge (of reputed make such as 3 M etc.)

Providing and fixing of shoulder mounted sign boards of various sizes using non-metallic micro prismatic retro reflective sheet conforming to IRC: 67-2012 type IV HIP specification fixed on 3mm thick Aluminum composite panels as base board with pressure-sensitive adhesive having 0.5mm thick Aluminum on both sides supported on Mild steel pipe post 80mm NB medium class 4mm thick embedded M-20 grade concrete foundation of size 450mmx450mmx600mm, complete as per drawings, Technical specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Providing & Marking center line / side line 2.5mm thick (minimum) with hot applied thermo-plastic road marking paint 10 Cms wide/ 15cm wide complete in all respect such as furnishing all labour, materials, tolls equipments including all incidental costs necessary for carrying out in work at site confirming to the technical specification as clause No. 803 of MORT&H specification for road and bridge works (5th revision) of 2013/ Latest edition. Each container of the thermoplastic material shall have the name trademark or other means of identification of manufacturer, batch number, date of manufacture color maximum application temperature and maximum heating temperature. The thermoplastic paint material shall be of Asian Paint-Apcomark/Berger-Sigmarc/Prismo. The glass beads shall be of Potters/Sovitec/Fleolite. The thermoplastic material shall be sampled and tested in accordance with appropriate ASTM/BS method. The contractor shall furnish to the Engineer-in-Charge a copy of certified test reports from the manufacturer of the thermoplastic material meet all requirement of the specifications. The reflectorzing glass beads shall meet the requirement of clause 803.4.2 and test methods mentioned in clause 803.4.2.4 shall be meticulously followed. The minimum thickness specified is exclusive of surface of glass beads .the method of thickness measurement shall be in accordance with appendix B and C of BS:3262 (part-3). Note:- Before start of work the contractor shall give brand , batch no. , manufacturing date of the material to be used and get approved the same from Engineer-In-Charge before use.

Providing and fixing retro reflective hazard marker confirming to IRC 79:1981of size 900x300m m with back support of M S angle 25 x 5 x 3 mm and leg post of 80mm dia having 1.6 mm thickness duly painted 1,500m m high embedded in too 0.3 x 0.3 x 0.45 m M-20 grade Concrete as per site requirements, using non-metallic micro prismatic retro-reflective sheet confirming to IRC:67-2012 type lV specifications fixed on 3 mm thick aluminum composite Material sheets as base having 0.5 mm thick aluminum on both sides.

Provision of 7 nos. Rumble Strips 7.5mm thick covered with premix bituminous carpet, 15-20 mm high at centre, 100 mm wide placed at 1 m centre-to-centre at approved locations to control speed, marked with white strips of road marking paint.

Providing and fixing Retro Reflective tape on tree and other structures falling on carriage way complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing road side delineator of ht. 1200 mm made of M.S. tube size 100x80mm having thickness 1.2mm of ht. 900m and balance 300mm of MS angle 25x25x3mm. Having slot on each side of size 150x80 mm or two slot of size 180x80mm on the front side, for holding the retro reflective sheet type -IV (As per item No. 2 (ii))
