Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherewise specifically provided for as in roof incl tarfelt etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing water proofing treatment with tarfelt including cement plaster from roof including parapets etc., and removing the debris to a distance not exceeding 250m complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding (level course) on roof, finishing cement concrete surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:3) using water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction as in roof and chajjas, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

M &L for priming plastered roof surfaces with bituminous primer @ 0.3 Kg/Sqm as per IS 3384 and providing water proofing treatment by applying 3.5 Kg/Sqm Actatic polypropylene (Advanced APP torch on membrane mineral finish) having polyester film reinforcement stabilized with fibre glass and finished on top with grey mineral slabs torch on system of thickness 3 mm by torch bonding complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment with APP based standard membrane over PCC padding in approachable roof with the following courses of treatment : (a) Apply bituminous primer (IS3384) @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm of the surface area including cleaning the surface complete all as specified . (b) Apply APP plastomeric bitumen based water proofing membrane polyster reinforced (3.50 Kg/Sqm) with 10 cm overlaps and torch bonded at joints including surface preparation before and after application of treatment as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified.

M&L for providing 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with polyster fibre as per manufacturer instruction and finish the top surface of concrete even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Polyster fibre shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate item).

Supply only Polyster Fibre . Make (RECRON 3S or equivalent) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming construction (Dummy) joints 10 mm deep and 6 mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs, tank stagging including necessary formwork and similar works etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling unserviceable water tanks n exc 500 Ltrs capacity and removing to store,complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling unserviceable water tanks exceeding 500 ltr and n.exc 1000 Ltrs capacity and removing to store,complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I of Capacity 500 litres complete all as specified and as directed.
