M&L for repairs to pot holes of any depth not exc 1.00 sqm each in area including sweeping from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth but making good by applying tack coat @ 5kg per 10 Sqm (using paving bitumen), putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of potholes exc 30mm complete all as specified and directed

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen of VG-10 grade @ 5 Kg. Per 10 Sq. Metres.complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for labour for premix bituminous macadam with minimum 40-60 TPH bach type HMP using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with VG-30 bituminous binder @ 4% by weight of total mix and cement as a filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finished to the required grade, level and alighnment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tindem roller to achieve the dezire compaction as per MORTH specification clause no 505 complete in all respects, (Avg consolidated thickness shall be 75 mm or less) etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete, 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix by using Paving bitumen (VG-30 grade) any penetration) mixed in hot mix plant, rolled with 8 to 10tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for preparing bituminous surface of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre line,stop lines,dashes,arrows etc. and the like exceeding 10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS-3262-1989 with special applicator machine fitted with pufill shoe glass beads dispenser pupane tank heater and profile shoe heater with heating arrangement upto 160 degree C driven by experienced operator all as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- 1. Unit rate quoted by the contractor include for provision of red signals to keep off trafic from work. cleaning road surface and working during odd hours when trafic is light. 2. The line marking shall stand out boldly and solidly without showing any signs of scrach marks or surfaces underneath, if necessary the surface shall be remarked after removal of existing treatment untill the desired result is obtained.

S & F Solar Cat eye in repair aluminium alloy shall(100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x125mm x25 mm(Shank 65 mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4 v/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery(1.2v/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10000 to 18000 mcd completed as per manufacturers instructions etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F cat eye in repair solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100 mm x100 mm x20 mm with PAMA sripens reflector of model no DA 972 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of previously treated surfaces over the kerb stone and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair for plastic speed braker with shape half round made up of special plastic compound which can take maximum load and impact of 25 tons should comprise of 2 yellow and two black Block.The size of each block should be 250 (L) x 350 (W) x 50(H) mm and the weight of each block shall not be less than 2.9 kg per meter without concrete filling.The colour should be UV stabilised and not repaired repainting.Each block of plastic speed braker of speed Hump should have 1 Micro presmatic reflector on either side of it for easy night time visibility.The speed hump should be filled with concrete mix (1:2:4) and then fixed to the ground surface with epoxy and nails.Speed hump should be tested for compression load for atleast 30 tons from any NABL accredited lab(testing charges is deemed to be included in the rate quoted) complete all as specied and as directed.
