Sealing the incoming line by engaging diver using sand bags, ms tapper plug, compound etc. and dewatering as required as per site situation (3nos)

Dismantling the NRV from discharge pipe line & column pipe of pump unit by using special tools & tackles.

Mfg. and fitting fixing blank flange to the discharge line to prevent leakage of water into the sump chamber

Lifting the existing damaged valve to GL with lifting arrangement and skill labours and take adequate safety measure.

Mfg., supply, delivery and fitting fixing of heavy duty 800 mm dia. Spring type cast iron non return valve.

Procurement & supply of ss nuts, bolts & washers size -125 mm long and 25 mm dia.

Manufacturing, supply and fitting fixing of MS short pieces of 800 mm dia. 4.3 m long and 12 mm thick of delivery pipe line including cutting, marking, gas cutting & bending with proper shape with the help of fitter mechanic and skill labors as per direction of EIC.

Installation of new NRV with short pieces in delivery line by lowering sump level with proper alignment with skill labour by using special tools & tackles and take adequate safety measure.

Manufacturing and fitting fixing of MS gasket flange as per 1S stander of 1015 OD & 800 mm ID with four side machining in chuck lathe & fixture with drill hole complete and thereafter Welding for making short piece and flange joining in pipe and also make to M.S. structural work with gas or electric Continuous Welding.

Fabrication, supply, stoning at site, installation & commissioning of trashrack/bar screen grating confirming to relevant standard fabricated with structural steel sections such as MS flat, channels, angles etc. including cost of materials, machinery, labour, cutting, aliging, welding as per approved make as per direction

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes

Priming with epoxy primer on MS surface.

Painting with epoxy paint on MS surface

Transportation charges with loading & unloading with hydra crane.

Opening the sealing line by removing sand bags at incoming channel after complete the work by engaging the driver etc. for three nos.
