M&L for applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper (white/Tinted) with and including preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots, filling holes, cracks with cement base putty, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint with and including preparation of old painted steel and steel based surface of any description over 10cm width or girth, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint with and including preparation of old painted steel and steel based surface of any description but not exceeding 10cm width or girth, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of Oil Bound Distemper over a coat of primer and a layer of 1mm thick wall care putty on walls with and including complete removal of existing treatment on wall with wire brush, scrapping down smoke soot ,mould, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots, filling holes & cracks with cement base putty and including preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall, complete all as specified.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment on old walls and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm, with and including preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall, complete all as specified and as directed.
