Excavation in hilly areas in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rocks, hard rocks, chiseling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited required) and other intermediate classification of soil setting out true to the required line, grades width cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown on the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site according to the technical specification MORD 2014 clauses 302,1603.1, 1603.2 sorting out useful material and stacking the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of the road and transportation material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus material to approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animals transport or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and/ or labour if required. Any loss to the public / private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts. Recovery of useful stone for 1421.45 cum (One thousand four hundred twenty one point four five cubic metre) shall be made on prorata basis @ Rs.300/- (Rupees three hundred only) per cubic metre. Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetra in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rocks, chiseling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and technical specification MORD 2014 clause 305.1 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto all lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm ( one hundred fifty millimetre) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water ( surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge and carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax good service tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing weep holes in brick/stone masonry/ plain/ reinforced concrete abutment, wing walls, return walls, retaining walls with 100mm( one hundred millimetre) dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slopes of I(V): 20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification MORD 2014 clause 614, 709, 1204.3.7 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification MORD 2014 Clause 406.and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and applying priming coat as per MORD 2014 specification clause 502 with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.70-1.00 kilogram (zero point seven zero to one point zero kilogram) per square metre using mechanical means as per technical specification MORD 2014 clause –502 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and applying tack coat as per MORD 2014 specifications clause 503 with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg.( zero point two five to zero point three zero kilogram) per square metre on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification MORD 2014 clause 503 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax good service tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet as per MORD 2014 specifications clause 508 of 20mm(Twenty millimetre) compacted thickness composed of Type –A 13.2mm (thirteen point two millimetre ) to 5.6mm ( five point six millimetre) aggregate at the rate of 0.27 cum ( zero point two seven cubic metre) mixed with using VG-10 paving bitumen at the rate of 14.6kg. ( fourteen point six kilogram) per ten square metre of road surface to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing and heating binder and aggregate in a suitable plant, laying with paver finisher and rolling with a three wheel 80-100KN static capacity road roller finished to required level and grade to be followed by seal coat as per technical specification MORD 2014 clause 508 including carriage of material with in all lead and lifts and as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge . The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax good service tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying seal coat as per MORD 2014 specifications clause 508 for sealing the voids in bituminous surface laid to specified levels grade and cross fall using type-B as per technical specification MORD 2014 clause 510 using VG-10 paving bitumen at the rate of 6.8 kg. ( six point eight kilogram) premix with 0.06cum (zero point zero six cubic metre) of fine aggregate per 10 sqm. (per ten square metre ) heated in mini hot mix plant and laying mechanically of mixed material and rolling with power road roller 8-10 ( eight to ten ) capacity as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lift and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax good service tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.
