Labour charge for laying , fitting and fixing of double layered Geo textile, fabricated to form a three dimensional mattresses after filling sand at design slope, filled up with sand by pump, anchoring by cutting trench at the upper and lower end of slope of depth 1.00m x 0.75 m placing the mat by bending it into the trench, filling the trench by earth filled cement bags, sides of mattresses in sloping direction stitched by Polypropylene thread with double locking chain stitch not less than 3 stitches per 2.50 cm to achieve minimum stream strength including all handling and carriage charge complete as directed. (Polypropylene thread will be supplied by the department free of cost).

Supply of 9 mm dia. Rope polypropylene gabion of size 2m x 2mx 0.45 m having rope weight of 42 gm/m and mesh opening 150mm x 150 mm with tensile strength of 1560 kg and having minimum weight of 6.20 kg per gabion. FOR GUWAHATI

Filling and laying of polypropylene gabion boxes filled with sand filled Geo bags of size 2.0mx2.0x0.45m including excavation of sand from flood plain or adjachent chars within a distance of 90m of the worksite,filling Geo bag with sand weighing 126.00 kg after filling stitching the mouth of the filled bags with polypropylene thread by power driven double needle machine, stacking the same in batches of 100, carrying the same to the dumping site including all handling charges and local carriage within a distance of 150m and laying properly. (Geo Bag, wire netting sheets and Polypropylene thread will be supplied by the department free of cost) Without Boat :

Supply of sewing thread/Yarn PPMF stitching thread (2000 Den,Kaplon) including payment of all taxes.

Earth work in embankment by Tractor-trailer carriage in locally available ordinary soil excluding rocky soil free from roots & vegetation and filling in uniform layers not exceeding 22 cm. thick including ploughing or roughening or benching the seats, removing all debries, breaking clods up to 2.5 cm cube, dressing as per design section including payment of forest royalty if any, etc. complete as directed. (10% deduction will be made from the section measured quantities of the completed and compacted earth work on account of shrinkage)

Turfing with grass sods of largest possible rectangles of 12 cm. minimum thickness placed closely including dressing earth pagging with Jati bamboo split, watering till the grass grows for a lead up to 90m and all lifts.

Earthwork in bank trimming to the designed section /slope including removing the soils at a safe distance, complete as directed.
