SITC of monolithic step reversible type escalator with an inclination of 30 deg from horizontal for ascending and descending passenger service from ground floor to first floor having 6.0 meter vertical height (approx.) or as per site / drawing and with three horizontal steps on top and down sides, suitable for indoor installation. The escalator shall have a capacity of 9000 persons/hour at a linear speed of 0.5 M/Sec. operating on 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz AC supply. The escalator shall be conforming to the tender specifications & technical data sheet.

All inclusive comprehensive maintenance contract of complete two number escalator system including all electrical / mech. Equip, safety control installed under this contract (Sub Head-A) after defects liability period of one year. The scope of work during defects liability period and subsequent years shall be as per special conditions/ technical specification.

Design, fabrication, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of machine room less electric traction type elevators of following capacity and type suitable for operation on 415 V, 3 phase, 50 Hz AC supply, having AC variable voltage and variable frequency type traction control, speed of 1.00 mtr/sec, electromagnetic brake system, simple operations, operating panel with luminous buttons including hand rail, Braille symbols and auditory signals, overload warning indicator, battery operated alarm bell, LED type emergency light, intercom suitable for hook up to AAI's EPABX, infrared ray sensing door protection for full height, reverse phase relay on controller, fireman's switch at ground floor, digital car positions indicator in car and at all positions indicator in car and at all floors with UP/DOWN direction, light fixtures, ventilation fan etc complete with all accessories including automatic rescue device in the event of power failure etc., as required and generally conforming to technical specifications and technical particulars enclosed in tender document. The traction motor of machine room less elevator shall be of gearless type and placed inside the elevator hoist way.

16 passenger (minimum 1088 Kg) capacity elevator, 2 stops & 2 openings (Ground Floor & First Floor) and entrance at front side on all the serving floors, automatic centre opening stainless steel door, car enclosure provided with stainless steel panel on all the four sides and suitable for travel height of 6 mtrs (approx.) or as per site / drawing.

16 passenger (minimum 1088 Kg) capacity elevator, 2 stops & 2 openings (Ground Floor & First Floor) and entrance at front side on one serving floor and at rear side on another floor, automatic centre opening stainless steel door, car enclosure provided with stainless steel panel on all the four sides and suitable for travel height of 6 mtrs (approx.) or as per site / drawing.

All inclusive comprehensive maintenance contract of 02 no complete Electric Traction Type machine room less passenger elevator system after defect liability period, including all electrical/ mechanical equipment safety control installed under this contract of 16 passenger capacity elevators with 2 stops & 2 openings, i/c control panels, complete as specified in above item as per technical specification and scope of work.

Supply of 4 C x 10 sqmm XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, 1.1 KV grade copper conductor armoured cable conforming to IS: 7098 part 1 with upto date amendements and conforming to technical specifications.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of 4 core 10 sqmm size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe or in the existing masonry open duct or on wall surface or on cable tray etc. as required as per site conditions.

Supplying and making end termination with gland and copper lugs for 4 core 10 sqmm size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE copper conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.
