Taking down chowkhets or frames with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frames) exc 1.50 Sqm and n.exc 4.00 Sqm each, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F factory made, single piece wire guazed panel HDF door shutter 35mm thick (style) with 2, 4 or 6 raised panel design including GI wire gauge complete supplied & fitted in the frame at site as per specification and drawing No CEUZ/TD-1343/2013 sheet No 1/1, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F box type steel window with side hung double shutter with provision for desert cooler / AC (inside for wiremesh & out side for glass) including guard bar, hinges, steel, handle, tower bolt and steel peg stay complete with glazing bar dovetailed or welded including a coat of red oxide after preparation of surface before fixing and fixed steel window shall be conforming to relevant IS complete all as shown on drawing No CEUZ/TD/1302/09 sheet No 1/3 to 3/3 and directed (Note : Wire mesh and sheet glass shall be meaured and paid separately), complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on old surfaces on wall and applying two coats of oil bound distempering over a coat of primer after preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified .

M&L for rendering 15mm thick other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement mixing with water proofing compound as per manufacture's instructions complete all as specified. Note:- supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seperately.

M & L for preparing new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of exiting treatment on wall and applying one coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (20mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection & finishing the surface even & fair W/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’. completed all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Surface excavation n. exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for for broken stone and boulder hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface for plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 75mm thick plain cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in Sub base of flooring / hard standing etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:7:12 type F-2 using (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sunken floor filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing and laying water proofing treatment to sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc by applying cement slurry mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious compound cating of make as approved in Technical instructions 5/2003 :- (i) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 Kg/Sqm mixed with Acrylic based poymer modified cementitous composite compound @ 0.253 Kg/Sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (ii) Second layer of slurry of cement @0.242 Kg/Sqm mixed with Acrylic Based polymer modified cementitous composite compound @ 0.126 Kg/Sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours

S&F in repairs 32mm bore GI pipe, medium grade, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls as in Spout Pipe including making holes for pipe complete all as specified and directed

M & L for RCC type B1 (1:2:4) (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) on flat surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for formwork on rough finished surfaces to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 5cm but n exc 10cm wide, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 62cm wide Udaipur geen stone 15 to 18mm thick ( table rubbed and polished) as in cooking plateform of size as directed in length, incl cutting for sink and hole for LPG gas pipe over 20mm thick screed bead in CM (1:4) including roughing of existing surface and applying a coat of cement slurry @ 03 Kg / Sqm of surfaces and pointing with white cement 1:2 using marble dust admixture of pigment to match, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 65.00 here in above but of size 550x75-100mm wide stone as on edges of cooking plate form.

M & L for RCC type B1 (1:2:4) (20mm graded aggregate) Providing precast ce- ment concrete in man hole cover, window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone wallin). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throat- ing etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC type B1 (1:2:4) (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) Parapet Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilaster and buttresses complete all as specified and directed, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed

M & L for TMT Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips Fe-410-W, (Gde.E-250) , quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde E-165) , complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m in wide and n.exc 1.5m deep for foundation etc & man holes etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan n.exc 1.5m in depth & getting out in soft / loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed PCC 1:3:6type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the side of pipes after they are laid and tested for 100mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm complete in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for cutting 100mm dia into existing manhole for connecting new drains and making good to pipes and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or ¼ section ) in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate smooth finished and reforming benching as specified and directed for 150mm dia of pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L ceramic coloured tiles 7-8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes including roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and applying/ brushing a coat of neat cement slurry with @3.0kg / Sqm on surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick (Single piece for stair case) laid and jointed with gre cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, grinding and polishing to yield mirror finish with machine over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes including roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and applying/ brushing a coat of neat cement slurry with @3.0kg / Sqm on surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone 18-20mm thick single piece in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed 10mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and jointed with dado neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing mirror finish and polishing , complete all as specified and directed.
