REPAIR TO CHARPOY G.I PIPE AND BED HARD UNDER GE RANCHI

Dismantling & re-assembling/tightening of all members/parts of charpoy G.I. Pipe carefully including removing of any type newar / nylon newar/plywood from charpoy and segregate the serviceable and unserviceable parts and stacking of serviceable parts, complete all as specified and directed. (FD-220) (Note:- Unserviceable spares will be measured and paid separately)

Supply and fixing new long rail of G.I tubing 32mm bore medium grade duly threaded both ends, complete all as specified and directed. (Make:-Jindal/TATA/Prakash(Surya)/ Bansal (FD-220)

Labour only short rails as made out from the unservi-ceable long rail parts under item No. 2.00 above including cutting and threading at the both ends and fixed in position, complete all as specified and directed. (FD-220)

Labour only leg as made out from the unserviceable short rail under item no 2.00 above including cutting and threading at one end and fixed in position, complete all as specified and directed.(FD-220)

Supply and fixing only G.I elbow three way of size 32mm bore ISI mark in replacement of unserviceable elbow of Charpoy G.I Pipe, complete all as specified and directed (FD-220).

Supply and fixing only G.I check nut of size 6mm thick 32mm bore ISI mark in replacement of unserviceable check nut of Charpoy G.I Pipe, complete all as specified and directed (FD-220).

Supply and fixing in replacement of old unserviceable wooden blocks/ MS Sheet/cleat with new one made of 2nd class hard wood to legs of charpoy G.I Pipe, complete all as specified and directed. (FD-220)

Supply and fixing the ply wood 12mm thick BWR Gde, AA Type as per IS:303 on top, suitable for G.I Charpoy as shown in drg of approximate size of 1980x900mm with mild steel galvanised iron nuts and bolts of size 70mmx6mm with G.I Washer. (Nos of nuts and bolts to be used is 11 Nos) including one stiffener of length 825mm approx made out of G.I tubing 20mm bore medium grade will be welded under the Plywood top as approved by Engr-in-Charge. (Make of plywood :- Archidply/ Centuryply/Greenply and Make of G.I Pipe:- Jindal/TATA/Prakash(Surya)/Bansal(FD-220)

Removing the unserviceable plywood of Charpoy G.I Pie with plywood top and supply and fixing in replacement of plywood only of size 1980x900mmx12mm thick BWR Gde, AA Type with old plywood of charpoy G.I as per IS:303, complete all as specified and directed. (Make of plywood :- Archidply/ Centuryply/Greenply. (FD-220)

Removing of unserviceable/broken parts of Charpoy I.P with hard Top (MAP) without damaging of other parts of Charpoy I.P with hard top, supply and fixing new parts as shown on drg, complete all as specified and directed. (FD/MAP-II/01)

Supply and fixing in replacement of plywood BWR Gde, AA Type as per IS:303 of size 1980 x 900mm of Make:- Archidply/Greenply/Centuryply with necessary steel screw to top of Charpoy I.P with Hard Top and all as shown on drg, complete all as specified and directed. (FD/MAP-II/01)

Supply and fixing in replacement of PVC shoes to legs of Charpoy I.P with hard Top all as per shown on drg, complete all as specified and directed. (FD/MAP-II/01)

Removing of unserviceable/broken parts of Bed Hard (MAP) without damaging of other parts of Bed Hard, supply and fixing new parts as shown on drg, complete all as specified and directed. (FD/E6/MAP/08(R))

Supply and fixing in replacement of plywood BWR Gde, AA Type as per IS:303 of size 1980 x 900mm of Make:- Archidply/Greenply/Centuryply with necessary steel screw to top of Bed Hard MAP and all as shown on drg, complete all as specified and directed. (FD/E6/MAP/08(R)

Supply and fixing in replacement of Head board of Bed Hard MAP made of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF Board both side laminated exterior gde, Type-I with 0.8mm thick PVC edge bending Tape of make:- REHAU/Fixin pasting with probond synthetic adhesive/ glue alround as per shown on drg, complete all as specified and directed. (Make of MDF Board:- Ashish/Action Tesa/Century/ Greenply)

All as per Srl. Item No:- 11.02 here-in-before but foot board of Bed Hard MAP. (FD/E6/MAP/08(R)

Supply and fixing in replacement of PVC shoes to legs of Bed Hard MAP all as per shown on drg, complete all as specified and directed. (FD/E6/MAP/08(R)

Material and labour for painting to frame of Bed Hard MAP with synthetic enamel black paint including preparation of surface with rubbing with emery paper to MS pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (FD/E6/MAP/08(R).

All as per Srl. Item No. 12 here-in-before but Charpoy I.P with hard top MAP. (FD/MAP-II/01)
