Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal / spreading of excavated earth, lead up to 50m / within compound and lift up to 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All kinds of soil

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :

1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.

On steel work

Supplying and fixing prefabricated shelter (3.50mx5.00m & 3.00m height)with the following specifications (Details as per the TEC specifications, design and drawing vide GR no. GR/BSH-01/01 January 2006 as detailed in Annexure A) [Note: All structural steel sections used shall be of hot-dipped galvanised type]

A) Foundation and floor grids Floor grids will be fixed to the foundation with precast concrete bolcks 400 mm x 400 mm x 600 mm hight 9Nos. in cement concrete 1:2:4 - kept at equal intervals and grouted to the surface using cement slurry/mortar. Floor grids are made of using ISMB 175 x 85 mm (three numbers) placed over the concrete blocks. The ISMB are fixed to the block using expanding bolts. Over ISMB, ISMC 100 x 50 x 5 mm (7 Nos.) are fixed using nut and bolt arrangements. Frame work with ms channel step ladder are fixed to the ISMC using nut and bolt arrangement. Top level of ISMC and ISA remains the same. (All MS to be got attested from approved government laboratories) {Note: grids with ISMB & ISA structural arrangements will be required in higher size prefab only}(19X2)/38 mm thick marine plywood boards of approved manufacturer are fixed to the frame work as well as to the ISMC using nut and bolt arrangement. Flooring should be made up of 2 mm thick anti static PVC flooring sheets conforming to IS 3462-12986 (with up-to-date amendments)and BS 2050 in requireed colour and shade. The flooring sheet should be pasted to the plywood board using required adhesive and other materials as per the direction of the Engineer in charge. (The panel should withstand a 'udl' of not less than 2 MT - test certificate to be obtained from Government laboratories a) Foundation and floor grids upto size 18.00 Sq. M (Cost of platform/ base below this foundation shall be paid for separately)

B) Outer Walls I) Main structural members Main structural members consist of ISMC 100x 50 with anchor bolt . Another channel section is connected at the bottom. ii) Side Walls 60 mm PUF panel 0.50 mm PPGI sheet top & bottom with cam lock locking system all joints silicone sealant water proof & air tight. a) Outer walls

iii) Doors Industrial type puf door of size 100 x 200 x 40 mm thick with proper locking arrangement (Mortice lock/SS latches) All complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Roofing Roofing panel with ceiling to be made of 50 mm puf insulated panels top 0.50 mm corugated PPGI sheet bottom 0.50 mm plain sheet fixing all wall panel riveting &self bolting. All joins top over laping bottom silicone sealant prevent water leakage .
