REPAIR/ MAINT OF DOL STARTER, THREE PHASE STARTER, CONTRACTOR, SWITCH GEAR, MOTOR REWINDING, PUMPS, CENTRIFUGAL PUMP BOREWELL REDEVELOPING UNDER ZONE 1A AND 1B AREA UNDER AGE EM I OF GE(U) SECUNDERABAD.

M&L dismantling and strip opening the pump including disconnecting the suction, delivery, vacuum pipe lines and coupling and removing it from its position carefully and transporting the same to the workshop for carryout necessary repairs and refixing the same in its original position after repairs including overhauling the pump set, renewal of gasket to pump, suction and delivery lines, gland packing, greasing nuts, bolts and washers, re-connecting up of the electric / water connections etc including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed for the capacities Pump capacity 100 HP.

All as per item No 1.00 of Pump capacity 120 HP to 180 HP. Notes for item 1.00 & 2.00:- (i) Expendable stores like cotton waste / cleaning materials, lubricants, gland packing etc., and transportation from site to work shop and back are deemed to be included in unit rate quoted. (ii) Labour element is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted. (iii) The make of existing pumps are Kirloskar/ Mather&platt (iv) any additional parts required will be measured as supply only under this schedule below.

M&L Dismantling and strip opening the motor completely including disconnecting the cable connections and coupling of the motor removing the starter and rotor units, bearings complete servicing the motor assembly including cleaning the carbon deposits with carbon tetra chloride, greasing the bearings etc., heat varnishing the motor windings by applying varnish and keeping the windings into the hot air oven till the moisture evaporates complete at authorized workshop including transportation and refix the same after repairs and re-connecting up of the electric connections including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed for the following capacities:- Motor 180 HP capacity, Make : Kirloskar / Crompton greaves (Location : Trishul line feeder)

Motor 150 HP capacity, Make : Kirloskar / Crompton greaves, (Location : trishul line feeder)

Motor 120/ 125 HP capacity, Make : Hindustan brown/ Kirloskar (Location : Trishul line Pump House)

Motor 100 HP capacity, Make : Hindustan brown/ Kirloskar (Location : Haig line Pump House)

M&L cutting and taking out the unserviceable / burnt out copper winding from the electric motor, preparation of the surface and rewinding the same with super enamelled copper conductor with ‘F’ class heavy grade insulation, weight and turns to achieve its full efficiency including tying the winding and connecting the coils and brining the connections as that of existing one including applying insulating varnish, heating and backing the windings thoroughly with necessary insulating materials complete all as specified for the capacities 100 HP to 180 HP

M&L renewal of worn out / unserviceable ball bearings from the induction motor with the same size and capacity for the following motors :- SKF Ball bearing No.6318- 2z for Electric motor of capacity 180HP, 3 Phase. Make : Kirloskar and equivalent

SKF Ball bearing No 6316 -2z for Electric motor of capacity 150HP 3 Phase. Kirloskar and equivalent

SKF Ball bearing No 6315 - 2z for Electric motor of capacity 120/ 125 HP, 3 Phase. Make : Hindustan Brown Breware and equivalent.
