REPAIR/CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE, SEPTIC TANKS, MANHOLES, SOAKAGE WELL AND REPAIR TO BOUNDRY WALL, DRAIN, PATH/ HARDSTANDING ETC AT LEKHANAGAR UNDER GE (U) E/M MEERUT CANTT.

Dewateing of soakage well or septic tanks/ manhols and sewage line by arranging mechanical sewage machine (sucking machine capacity 8000 ltr in each trip) of any size & capacity including removing the blockage of sewage line through mechanical/hydraulic pressure and removing waste material, sludge etc from out side the MOD land and dispose off at appropriate place complete all as specified & directed.

Cleaning the blockage of P trap/S Trap of WC , gully trap, floor traps, Nahani trap completely enable the sewage to flow freely to 1st manholes, by taking off the grating for removal of sludge and burrying in the ground etc. and resetting the grating after cleaning and removing the sludge and other materials from the manholes/FT/NT and GT by suitable means and removing all the materials obtained from the manholes outside MD land and clearing the complete area including making good any damages to the line or manhols complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning surfaces of existing septic tanks, soackage well, drain alongwith roads comprising of clearing away of vegitation, grass, bushes, shurbs under growth roots trees n. exc 30cm grith(grith measures at 1m height above ground level) loosing including necessary excavation and getting out soil, silt deposits of any depth width and type, taking out from the drain boulders, stone of any size and shape in any position and including making good the demage portion of the concrete where reqd with PCC 1:1/2:3 type A-1 and removing of debris, rubbish of material so obtained from cleaning process out side of MOD Land complete all as specified & directed.

Desludging of septic tank of any size & capacity including inlet and outlet chamber, removing the waste material, sludge etc to out side the MOD land and burying in pits complete all as specified and directed. Note : i) Unit rate quoted shall include the cost of digging out pits, burying the waste material, sludge etc in pit and covering the same with earth. ii) Qty of sludge only shall be measured and paid for after , dewatering of septic tank.

Cleaning of horizontal sewage line of any dia upto 150/200mm bore dia drain pipes by roding from manhole to manhole and well flushing with water after cleaning including cleaning of manholes by taking off manhole cover and placing in position the same after cleaning and removing the waste material . sludge etc from manholes, burying in pits out side the MOD land complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES:- i) Unit rate quoted shall include the cost of digging out pits burying the waste material, sludge etc in pit, and covering the same with earth. ii) For the purpose of making payments length of drain pipe from manhole to manhole shall be measured .

Demolition of PCC in ground floors & pavings n exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level, unreinforced and removing the rubbish out side MD land complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for coloured chequered cement concrete tiles, machine pressed, factory made of size 200 x 200 x 250mm thick, with grey cement and pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry, laid in floors, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for mProviding and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick in sub base Cement concrete type D- 2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precastconcrete articles complete all as specified & directed.
