PROVISION OF IRON BARS OR GRILLS TO WINDOWS AND VENTILATORS OF CERTAIN OTM ACCOMMDATION AT KALIMPONG UNDER GE 867 EWS

Amount

S&F Mild steel conforming to Fe 290, Gde E-165 as in grills, framed guard bars, and similar works with ends of bars shouldered and / or rivited or forged into spikes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down shutters of any description area not exceeding 1 Sqm each and refixing in same opening complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames area not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each, including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts or dismantling brick work and making good in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 or cement mortar 1:4 (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to Govt. after fixing new frame complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Preparing new or previously un treated surfases of wood and wood based material of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Preparing old painted surfaces of wood and wood based material of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparing new or previously untreated surfaces of steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L Preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, steel and iron work , new or old, of any description not otherwise described exceeding 0.10 Sqm and not exceeding 0.50 Sqm each, and treated with tar or coal tar black paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Mild steel work such as bands, straps, clamps and hold fasts etc. of Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Anodised aluminium decogrill of approved design with aperture of 50mm x 50mm and 5mm thick fixed with F, H or U aluminium anodised frame including making good disturbed surfaces to match with adjoining surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: JINDAL/INDALCO/HINDALCO

M&L for cutting holes into or through brick walls built in cement mortar superficial area not exceeding 150 sq.cm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed blocks including necessary formwork, finishing of exposed surfaces of concrete to even and fair complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on brick or stone masonry surfaces of walls etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparing old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make: LOVELYCEM/ SURYACEM/ JANATHACEM / LUCKYCEM or equivalent make as approved by GE.

Schedule of Credit (Minus) Rs. 1,550.00 B/F from Ser page No. 23 NOTE: Bidder shall insert credit amount as rate Rs. 1,550.00 in Green field under Col-M. If bidder does not insert the amount the same will be deducted from total amount of Schedule 'A' and accordingly total amount of tender will be considered in deciding the lowest tender.
