Removing excavated material to a distance n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. Returning, filling including spreading, leveling watering & well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm for soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand cushioning (tibba sand) to under ground cable in trenches/existing cable trenches/ducts in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supply and spread 40mm graded stone aggregate in the substation/ as where directed at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fix, joint and test in replacement Cable Jointing Kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor type end termination heat shrinkable joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE armored aluminum cable of size 95 sqm 3 core complete all as specified and directed. Supply, fix, joint and test in replacement Cable Jointing Kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor type end termination heat shrinkable joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE armored aluminum cable of size 120 to 185 sqm 3 core complete all as specified and directed. Supply, lay, joint and test HT XLPE under ground insulated, screwed, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts grade earthed system of size 95 Sqmm 3 core confirming to IS laid in trenches, in floor, in duct, through pipes or along the pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, lay, joint and test HT XLPE under ground insulated, screwed, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts grade earthed system of size 120 Sqmm 3 core confirming to IS laid in trenches, in floor, in duct, through pipes or along the pole complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground ,(Earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level ,connected to and including galvanised iron earth strip 32 X 6 mm by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and provision of charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing complete all as specified and directed and shown in electrical plate number 3 of MES SSR part-I(2009) (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of Soil. (b) PCC pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, Pre cast RCC cover with suitable handle 40 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than1.87 Kg/ Sq meter. (c) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20 mm nominal bore light grade and lugs etc complete all as specified and directed (d) The unit rate shall deemed to include for Test point, PCC pit, 32x6mm GI earth strip from top of the earth plate up to 7.5m above ground level and 40mm bore GI pipe medium grade protection pipe up to 7.5m. (e) Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal. (f) Testing of earthing. On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone without any extra cost to Govt.

S&F 32X6mm size galvanised iron strip earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe pr fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, lay, fix or pass through GI pipe, commission and test in replacement LT XLPE PVC insulated, armoured heavy duty, electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade of the following cross section area including suitable size lugs including taking out /dismantling of existing cable. Note:- Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning, bricks protection & GI pipe where required shall be measured & paid separately under relevant items:-

(a) 10 Sqmm 2 core

(b) 16 Sqmm 4 core

(c) 25 Sqmm 4 core

(d) 35 Sqmm 3.5 core

(e) 50 Sqmm 3.5 core

Supply, lay, joint and fix in replacement Galvanised Iron Pipe light grade with all fittings as protection pipe for earth strips, laid in trenches, fixed on poles, walls and ceilings or laid in floors, laid in road crossing /hard standing/pole protection fixed with clamps of size 25x3mm mild steel flat iron as welded to pipe as per site requirement etc complete all as specified and as directed for following bore/size of pipes. Note:- Excavation & earth work, sand cushion, protection cover where required shall be measured & paid separately under relevant items:-

S&F in replacement MCCB 3 pole 100 Amps rupturing capacity 16 KA, with connecting links on LT panel/feeder pillar including dismantling/taking down existing unserviceable MCCB complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement MCCB 4 pole 160 Amps rupturing capacity 36 KA, with connecting links on LT panel/feeder pillar including dismantling/taking down existing unserviceable MCCB complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement MCCB 4 pole 200 Amps rupturing capacity 36 KA, with connecting links on LT panel/feeder pillar including dismantling/taking down existing unserviceable MCCB complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping of poles including necessary form work and finished the surface complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs/overhauling to 11KV HT control Panels complete in and including the following repair works :- (a)Taking out 11KV High Tension VCBs/OCBs of 300Amps to 800 Amps rating trolley from High Tension control Panel after switching off electric supply.Checking of mechanical system for proper functioning of upward/downward movement of High Tension Vacume Circuit Breakers trolley including opening the VCB & checking the quality of vacume bottles/links , & servicing the fixed/ moving contact & blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/ greasing and reassembling the VCB including connection to HT panel complete and refixing the same after repair complete all as directed. (b). Taking out existing relay set from high tension of any type and size, 11KV, VCB control panel and cleaning the contact (NO+NC) by CTC solution and adjust the contact and calibration the relay by giving the primary and secondry injection and checking the tripping system by relay testing kit for over current and earth fault & proper plug setting as per reqd load & time delay and fixing the relay set in High Tension control panels complete all as specified and directed by EIC .Note:- Testing of above job to be carried out by Authorized commisioning Engineer (b) spare parts to be replaced shall be measured & paid separately under the relevent items as supply only.

M&L for 40 to 50 mm thick rough dressed Jodhpur type stone slab 25 to 35 cm in width of 80 cm long laid dry abutting each other for protection to under ground cableall as specified and directed.

M&L for boring hole under the road / pavement / hard standing with the help of trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine for inserting GI pipe of size 100/80 mm not less than one metre below ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, filling and topping up new transformer oil, low viscosity type of dielectric strength 35 to 40 KV breaking voltage conforming to IS complete for indoor / outdoor transformer in various sub stations under GE (AF) Jaisalmer (of capacity up to 750 KVA transformer) all as directed.

S&F silica gel breather (transparent type) with silica gel complete suitable for up to 750 KVA transformer rating all as specified and directed.

M&L for centrifusing (Filteratin/dehydration of transformer oil including filter action using automatic centrifusing machine including arrnging elect supply for operation of machine to achieve min. 50 to 60 KV breaking capacity at 4 mm gap by absorbing and abolishing all sludge particles for use as per BS-B 66-1983 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of Distribution transformer/ Isolation Transformer/ Voltage stabilizer of capacity upto 750 KVA with two coats of smoke synthetic enamel paint (colour/shed decided by GE) externally after necessary preparation to surfaces including numbering SM/MES No. with white paint, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out the old unserviceable HT cable after disconnecting from over head line and panel rated voltage of 11000 Volts from trenches, pole etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for relaying of old existing cable retrived from the same after, jointing or necessary repair work and testing XLPE insulated PVC outer seathed and PVC inner sheath, galvanised steel strips armoured, and reconnecting the cable from over head line and panel suitable for rated voltage of 11000 Volts grade Earthed system of size 95/120 sqmm 3 Core and laid in treches/ducts/pipe or on read/pole all as required and directed at site. Note: excavation and earth work joints will be measured and paid seprately

Providing the cable fault locating Machine with necessary T&P at site for locating exact pin point of fault along with the length of armourd 6.6 /11 KV XLPE/PILCA insulated HT cable complete all as required and directed at site

S&F in replacement factory made Feeder Pillers Box, out door type made out of MS sheet (CRCA), factory made, powder coated, thickness of CRCA sheet shall not be less than 3.15mm of size 150x65x90cm with copper bus bar strip 3 Nos of size 130 cm in length 4 cm in width and 05mm in thickness suitable for 11000 volt mounted on HT porcelain insulator front opening door two leaf braced with hinged, consisting of base channel ISMC 75 on all sides of bus bar chamber and mounted on 4 Nos of equal angle iron 75x75x6 mm duly welded with base chanel of box and grouted in PCC block of size 30cmx30cmx 15cm in concrete 1: 3 : 6. Top of box MS sheet duly bent in/slope, tapper with projection of 30 mm on all side, weather/vermin proof with high quality of rubber beeding on panel door, cable entry arrangements at bottom includes earthing terminals 2 Nos at both side and duly powder coated as directed.

S&F in replacement Energy Efficient LED street light fittings of capacity not less than 60 Watt, pressure die cast alluminium housing & toughened glass/Prismatic polycarbonate with IP-66 degree of protection , individuals LED's should have lenses for better throw across &along road range 140-280 volts fittings should be provided 10 KV surge protection external and apart from this surge, arrestor driver should have additional 4 KV surge protector inbuilt in driver for maximised protections, should have lumens output of 110 lumens watt minium protections facility in drivers, driver should be potted type for viberation proof performance & includings making electrical connections all as directed.

S&F in replacement Street/Security light bracket made out of 40 mm dia galvanized steel tubing medium grade 1.5 m long including bending if required as direct ,02 nos clamps made out of MS flat iron 40X6mm of suitable size fixed with bolts, nuts and washer including drilling holes and grouting with the same for fixing bolts complete.(Rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed to include for nut and bolts).

Routine and periodical cleaning the inside area of 11 KV Sub Stations including cutting and removal/uprouting of unwanted grass/bushes, small trees near all around sub station and pump houses complex complete including surface dressing and leveling by surface excavation wherever as required or as directed.

Scrubbing of existing paints of existing LT panel board where rusted, LT feeder Pillar boxes, LT bus bar chamber paints of any specification and removing old paints and preparation of surfaces for painting complete and M&L for painting of LT Panels, LT Feeder pillar boxes, LT bus bar chambers internaly and externaly with one coat of superior quality smoke grey paint to achieve fine finishing complete all as specified and directed at site.

Dismantling of old unserviceable doors, back sheets, side sheet of LT panels, bus bar chamber or feeder pillar box installed at various places by cutting/descrewing after making the system disconnected from Elect supply and M&L for fabrication of doors/frames/ partition, bottom sheet by bending hot or cold, making holes, notching, welding of MS black sheet for LT panel board, bus bar chamber, feeder pillar box made out of 2 mm thick mild steel sheet including providing hinges for opening or closing of door, making handles, locking arrangement and painting of sheet both side with superior quality smoke grey paint after applying a coat of red oxide and matching with the existing ( Complete LT apnel/ Bus bar chamber shall be painted ) complete all as specified and directed at site. Note : 1. The cost of disconnecting of LT cable and earth strip and reconnecting the same after repair work shall be deemed to be inclussive in the unit quoted rates. 2 Painting of complete LT Pannel/Bus bar chamber shall be carried out , nothing shall be payable extra in this regard.

Supply and fix junction box made out of polycarbonate with IP 55/IP 65 protection of size 200 x 160 x 98 mm , 5 way having terminals for termination of cable with necessary nuts and bolts , including -02 Nos polycarbonate cable gland Make :, 01 Nos DIN rail for mounting of MCB and 01 No, MCB SP, 10 KA, 6 Amps Make - Legrand in and including fixing clamp of FI 50 x 6mm with necessary nuts and bolts complete in and including taking down of existing u/s junction box of any type all as directed.

Repairs/overhauling to DG set control panel consisting of ACBs for automatic operation on failure of main supply, standby supply of DG set No 1, DG set No 2, Buscoupler, Load ACB, master control panel fixed adjacent to ACB control panel complete in and including the following repair works :- (a)Taking out LT ACBs of 1250 Amps rating from control Panel after switching off electric supply.Checking of mechanical system for proper functioning of ACB mechanisim, clenaing of ACB using vaccume cleaner or air compressors, blowers, brush etc removing of dirt, clenaing the mechnisim using CRC spray and fixing the same back to its original position and making it functional complete all as directed at site. Notes : Major Spare Parts like ACBs, MCCBs etc shall be measured and paid seperately, all minor spare parts shall be deemed to be included in unit quoted rates

Repairs/overhauling to Main distribution panel consisting of ACBs and MCCBs for LT distribution system complete in and including the following repair works :- (a)Taking out LT ACBs of 800 Amps to 1250 Amps rating- 02 to 03 Nos from control Panel after switching off electric supply.Checking of mechanical system for proper functioning of ACB mechanisim, clenaing of ACB using vaccume cleaner or air compressors, blowers, brush etc removing of dirt, clenaing the mechnisim using CRC spray and fixing the same back to its original position and making it functional complete all as directed at site. . Notes : Major Spare Parts like ACBs, MCCBs etc shall be measured and paid seperately, all minor spare parts shall be deemed to be included in unit quoted rates

Dismantling of old unservicable bus bar chamber and Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of outdoor type LT Bus Bar Chamber box, platform mounted, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos stepped type Aluminium bus bars (50mm x 6mm) for looping & branch connection system .The chamber shall be painted with powder coated paint (Shade : RAL-7032) after 7 tank pre-treatment of surfaces. The bus bar chamber shall be provided with suitable Neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-55 and general construction conforming to IS : 13947. The bus bar chamber shall be made out of 3.00mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 3.00mm thick gland plate , front door (01 layer) and rear Door (01 layer) opening facility and 4 side slanting canopy type roof on top and mild steel channel (75 MC) base frame at bottom and having welded equal angle of 75mmx75mmx6mm of length 0.9mtr, 04 nos, 30cm of of angle shall be embedded in PCC 1:2:4, 20mm graded stone agregate below GL level and 30cm shall be above ground level of size as directed at site. The bus bar chamber shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation.

Note for Item No. 63 :- The bus bar chamber Box shall be designed in such a way that adequate workable space is made available inside the compartments and the size of the chamber shall not be less than 750mm height (without base frame & canopy), 750mm width and 600mm depth).

General Note:-Unit rate(s) qouted by the contractor for Item(s) "in replacement or in repairs" shall be deemed to be included for dismantling / taking down or up carefully existing item(s) and removing the old unserviceable or serviceable or partly serviceable materials from site, which shall be sold to the contractor as per "Schedule of credit' and shall be the properity of the contractor. No claim whatsoever as to the quality of old retrieved material shall be entertained on this account.
