M & L for cleaning and removing all scales and dirt etc, from PVC tanks of capacity exc 250 Ltrs and n. exc 500 Ltrs from mouth by emptying, drying, cleaning by scrubbing the dust with wire brush, after removing inlet and out let pipes (also cleaning the mouths of circulating pipe) and refixig including writing date of cleaning with synthetic enamel white paint in proper format as directed by Engr-in-Charge.NOTE: (i) All inlet and outlet pipes are to be checked properly any leakage during the cleaning of tanks all as specified and as directed.(ii) If float valve broken at the time of cleaning the contractor has to replace it without any extra payment.

Material and labour for construction of valve chamber of size 1200x 1200 x 1000 mm deep dimensions (Over all internal dimension) for sluice valve etc. with PCC foundation, PCC block masonry walls, Plastering, PCC Coping, white washing, mild steel chamber cover, painting to chamber cover including Excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified below:- Valve chamber shall be provided with the following specifications:-(i) Cement concrete for foundation (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate 150 mm thick extended up to 150 mm beyond the outer face of block masonry.(ii) Walls of valve chamber 200 mm thick with precast cement concrete (1:5:8) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) solid building blocks , setting in CM 1:6 complete. (iii) Internal and exposed surfaces of valve chamber both concrete and block masonry surface shall be plastered with CM (1:4), 15 mm thick finished even and smooth.(iv) 50 mm thick coping in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 over block masonry wall. (v) Entire plastered surfaces shall be treated with 3 coat of white wash.(vi) Chamber cover shall be of 3 mm thick MS sheet with 30 x 30 x 5 mm size angle iron frame with hold fast and locking arrangement. steel surface shall be painted with two coats of synthetic paint of first quality over one coat of red oxide primer.

M & L for dismantling of water tanks and remove from existing location all as specified and as directed by EIC.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 with 20 mm aggregate for making foundation for placing of rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of any capacity all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for periodical Servicing & maintenance of chemical dosing plant by providing specialist trades men including replacement of valve, rubber washer, check nut, connecting nuts, adapter and cleaning and servicing of solution tank and connected items to ensure that perfect serviceability of the plant and obtain required dosage to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i) Minor item such as gasket ,wires,lugs or any other item require for Periodical Servicing & maintenance shall be deemed to be included in the cost of this item.(ii) Major spare part if found unserviceable shall be measured & paid separately as supply only.

Supply and fix in repair white suction / Discharge tube of size 3/4" or 3/8" dia suitable for chemical dosing plant complete all as specified and directed by Engr In charge.

Supply and fix in repair single phase electric driven motor, 230 volt, 50 Hz, 120 Watts, 920 RPM suitable for chemical dosing plant, including fitting and testing complete all as per direction of Engr in Charge.
