Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m - all kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plinth level - 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size).

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular ) bricks of class designation 3.5 in foundation and plinth in - cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Cement concrete pavement with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including finishing complete.

12mm cement plaster of mix -1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacturer on wall surface - water thinnable cement primer.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint - Premium of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade - two or more coats on new work.

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead - nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix).

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead - nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (including equivalent design mix).

Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead - in cement mortar.

Supply of Quarry rubbish including stacking to department gauge for premeasurement and spreading required thickness.

Supplying of 3.5x185 sqmm underground cable (Paragon/suncab/Empire) complete.

Laying of UG cable and providing termination of cable joint with suitable cable gland,cable socket etc. complete - 3.5 x 185 sqmm cable.

Supplying and fixing of copper flat (25 x 3mm) for earthing arrangements including bolts and nuts etc.

Charges for transporting, erection, testing and commissioning of generator set excluding foundation,but including mechanical and other unskilled wages for installation of equipment, wiring from generator set to panel board and change over switches, handling charges, purchase of spares if any required for the installation and commissioning, the cost of fuel and other materials for a trial run of 6 hours. This rate also includes for testing and commissioning of generator set as specified, obtaining approval of Central Electricity Authority (CEA), payment for CEA inspection/Licence fees or any other charges and fulfilling other requirements and conditions laid down by CEA-from 125 KVA to 200 KVA.
