Supply of 7m high Hot Dip Galvanised Octagonal pole with bottom 130mm A/F top 70mm A/F made up of 3mm thick. HT sheet steel plate along with 220 x 220 x 12mm base plate and having 1000mm long single arm bracket made up of 48mm dia bakelite sheet with single pole MCB & stud terminals (for mounting inside the base compartment of pole). Supply of 4 Nos. M20 x 700mm long 'J' type foundation bolts (EN 8 grade). Make: Bajaj/Transall/Toot/Orient or equivalant.

Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 Graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. As required above 6.5 metre and upto 8.0 metre.

Supply and fixing of LED 140W - 160W street light fittings in existing/new street light arms having 140Watts - 160Watts and above (System Wattage) IP 65/66, white colour with necessary over voltage, under voltage and surge protection with three years on site warranty for replacement/rectifiction. (Make:Phillips/Havells/ LEDGEO /Leoforse/ Crompton/ Bajaj/Eveready).

Supply of 2.5 sq.mm x 3 core PVC sheathed multicore flexible copper cable. Make:Finolex/Polycab/ Powerflex/Havells.

Supply of ISI marked 4 x 16 sqmm armoured aluminium PVC UG cable - 1.1KV grade. Make:Finolex/ Polycab/Havells.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required - upto 35 sqmm.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1KV grade as required - 4 x 16 sq.mm (28mm).

Supply and laying of potential Earth Electrodes Model STANDARD PS53C 48mm dia wall thickness 3.25mm, terminal size 32 x 10mm, terminal hole dia 12mm, hot dip galvanized 80 to 100 microns, 3 metre long, pipe inner space filled with high conductive material, including 2 bags (25Kg per bag) of Earth life compound as IS 3043. Base Metal: IS marked branded mild streel pipes.

Supplying and fixing of copper wire 8 SWG (4mm dia) metre 67.04 for earthing arrangements including bolt and nuts etc. Complete.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of one no of SMC Box ( Make: Sintex) with metering and timer panel board for the power supply of over all size 850mmx350mmx250mm made out of Glasswool with resign material. The front side top portion have energy meter with viewing glass with 10 mm hylem sheet. The botton side compartments with 40 - 63A rating , TPN MCB ,"C Series, 10 KA breaking capacity ( Make _ Siemens / ABB), 1 no. of Time switch ( Daily) along with battery backup to 200hrs. (Make -L&T- Hagger/Legrand - Lexic),1no.60A powr contactor (Make-C&S/L&T),1 no. of toggle switch ( Make - C&S),The switch units are to be fixed with in the allotted size in the 10mm hylem sheet. The bottom sheet of the shell should be of PVC thick roll sheet for cable entry. The Panel has to be mounted on the floor with in the height of 75mm x 75mm x 6mm MS 'L' angle on the floor with the height of 600mm. Interior connection between the switch fuse units are to be done with 2.5/6.0/10.0 sqmm ISI markerd, FR PVC insulated, single core copper conductor cable. (Make- Finolex/Polycab) The door should be of flush type inter locking in one position. The panel provided with removable type gland plated to the bottom and with sufficient holes of required diameter. Earth work excavation of foundation trench of size 1.00mx0.60mx0.60m and filling river sand for a depth of 0.10m and P.C.C 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) of size 1.00mx0.60mx1.00m. The cost should be inclusive of minor modification suitable for site condition as approved by the engineer-in-charge.
